Need to take a shuttle - too far to walk with bags. No info where to get the shuttle from. They also charged for the service - and would not take Euros - had to be paid in zlotes.

Great hotel when staying close to the airport. Greeted with a simle and check in was fast with all the information you need. Booked a family room but sofa bed wasn't made up. Called from the room and within 5mins they arrived with extra towels, waters, pillows and duvet to make it up. Perfect 👌

Being close to the airport is the biggest advantage. If you catch the plane the next day, it is a good choice; the facilities are adequate; the service is very good, especially the breakfast is very good, thank the owner for his enthusiasm and caring.

The hotel is very unique. I went to Olkusz on a business trip, so I booked this hotel, located in the middle of Krakow and Olkusz. The building is very distinctive, it is all wooden structure with five corners protruding outwards. This place is very beautiful - the garden is stunningly planted and has a gorgeous pool, a great fire pit/bbq and even a hot tub (which we didn't have access to). The kitchen is the best equipped that we have found in Poland - you can ACTUALLY cook there!
