Dada Premium Aparthotel

Lovely spacious apartment with a very comfy bed and an excellent drench shower. Kettle with tea and coffee provided along with shower gel in the bathroom. Will recommend this apartment to friends and will definitely stay again. Very helpful when we required support.

Definitely not 5 star, Honest review…. Arrived from the airport via private transfer at 11am we had had no communication from yourselves to be greeted with an unmanned reception that we couldn’t access only a phone number which said all rooms would be available for check in before 3pm. 3pm came and went so we rang our travel agent who also struggled to make contact with yourselves 45 minutes later we had access and the room. Room on the top floor fine until we woke on the 3rd morning to a broken lift. Now you have our contact details why was there no message to tell us of this and updated to when It would be fixed. At the end of our stay if still hadn’t been fixed. The rooms were clean but the sleeping area was located in the same room as the kitchen with the noisiest fridge that’s motor kicked in every 45 minutes, pair that with the the noisy aircon equals not much sleep. The blinds on the velux windows were impossible to close so was bright at 5:30am again not great. On arrival there is also a card that says you can have an extra hour check out the day you leave if you send a positive review …..

Overhead shower broken. Looks like it has been broken a while. Despite reporting, no repair done. Had to use hand held shower. No reception desk, to check in and get anything you have to email so everything delayed. Location great, room nice

Great location ! Good for heading into the city, bed and pillows are comfy ! Corner shop near by, plenty of food options near, breakfast may have been in another hotel but the food was really good ! Shower was great as well so no complaints here would stay again !

Super large room. Love the industrial look. Very comfy beds. Ideally situated in the centre of Krakow. Close to the castle and the dragon!! Easy access to everything and close to coffee shops and reataurants. Hope to return to this super hotel.
