The best thing was the location. They clean it when you ask.
The worst thing was that there is no 24-hour reception, although it is not a problem either.

Clean and tidy but very noisy with team going until late early hours of the morning so we didn’t get much sleep and a little cold during the night and only one pillow per person if come again don’t think would stay only based on the thing mentioned

Great hotel. Arrived late on Saturday night 5th April. Had the codes for main door,internal door and room door whilst still in the uk. Lovely room with tv,small table and chair.unit with kettle,tea coffee,sugar...no milk. Modern bathroom. Towels and complimentary shower gel and soap,shower was great. Beds were comfortable, room was lovely and warm as it was cold outside. From our 2 windows,we had a view of an outside area with seats and a parasol. Peaceful nights sleep with no disturbances.

This hotel is ideal for young couples or friends on a budget trip. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was in an ideal location, no more than a 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle. It was only a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. There is also a little supermarket a couple minutes up the street. There was a lovely receptionist when we arrived who was very helpful, and let us know we were able to leave our luggage after checking out on our final day. This was extremely helpful. However, the reception was only open until 6pm, which did make us wonder what to do if there were an issue or emergency throughout the night as we were not given any emergency contact details for out of hours. And a notable aspect of the room worth a mention is that there was a heavy smell of cigarettes. We were able to look past this as we were only using the room as a base to sleep, spending most of the days out and about, but it is potentially something that would prevent me from returning to this hotel.

Spent four nights here. Unsure about the access but all good by text and email. Had the codes before we left the UK. The breakfast was delivered each morning to our door. Full continental was so much for us, we had half for lunch. Basic accommodation but very close to the old town and in a prime location to be honest. Fifteen minutes walk took you to the main square. Some reviews stated the tram noise but didn't disturb us. Only noise from other guests was when everyone got back about half ten. If you are on a budget, this hotel is just the ticket. What else do you need when you are out all day. Oh and it's just round the corner from the castle.
