Room is quite big. Breakfast time very crowded and in the room has small bugs a lot. A female staff also made unhappy sound while I was walking to choose breakfast

Just an amazing hotel for veeeery reasonable price. Location is not great, really nothing around, but it’s green and peaceful. On the way from the airport to city center Big warm rooms, perfect bed, good breakfast, you will really have everything there Nice gym and great swimming pool with spa I definitely will stay there again

The breakfast was the best , highly recommended! If you would chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - not recommended at all , full and the working time isn’t convenient , location is great , trams are close

I would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

房間寬敞大氣，乾淨整潔，整個酒店是現代簡約風格。酒店位置非常好，步行到古城不到20分鐘，遠離了古城的喧囂，步行路上的風景很美。酒店門口就是有軌電車，坐幾站就能到達古城。最讚的是酒店周圍的環境，被一片城市公園環抱，氛圍感很好。早餐比較豐富，但是變化不多，基本每天都一樣。

大大超出預期的酒店！先上兩張圖就知道房間有多大了。也能看出酒店很新。因為短差，所以我沒帶牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，一個電話服務員三分鐘內送上門。早餐那個豐盛啊，cheese種類繁多，居然配西班牙火腿，一早吃好一天就這一頓夠了。酒店門口超大公園草坪，心情好好。

Po zarezerwowaniu hotelu i przyjęciu na recepcję dowiedzieliśmy się że basen jest nieczynny , wybraliśmy ten hotel tylko i wyłącznie ze względu na basen i strefę spa .. prosiłam panią zastępca kierownika aby bezkosztowo zrezygnować z tej rezerwacji bo taka ona była wykupiona ale do północy dnia poprzedniego.. prosiłam również żeby można dostać voucher na wykorzystanie w przyszłości , ewentualnie jakos  inaczej rozwiązać ten problem, definitywnie, bez dyskusji powiedziała że nie. Myślę że wszystko się da a to kwestia tylko życzliwości jednak „zastępca kierownika” okazała się wredna babą.. Trip.com stanął na wysokości zadania i zwrócił nam kasę po zgłoszeniu faktu ale to nie hotel zrobił. Taka sieć powinna takie rzeczy wziąć na swoje Barki zwłaszcza że chcielibyśmy wykorzystać w przyszłości u nich.. zarezerwowałam hotel double tree Hilton jeszcze będąc przy recepcji .. szkoda że takim zachowaniem personelu i takim faktem rezygnacji w moich oczach stracił bardzo dużo.
