Great room. Great location. Have everything you need. Full kitchen fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer plus 1 set of detergent pods. Very homey. There is a lounge where you can wait after check out as well.
Anything you need. Highly recommended

Great location to old town. Fantastic Apartment. Stayed in 2 Bedroom apartment very spacious and clean. Good facilities. Lovely staff so friendly and helpful. Lounge area was a bonus you can stay in whilst waiting for your pick up transfer Would definitely recommend.

What amazing apartments We were greeted by Zuzanne who was very friendly and professional We were let down by a tour that we had booked in UK. Zuzanne helped to rebook with another tour operator which took the stress away from us The apartments are so well equipped Everything you need for your visit It is in a great location, even a local guide who picked us up for an excursion was very impressed with the location of the hotel Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back

Stayed here for 3 nights and can happily say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Had good communication from them before staying checking if I needed breakfast and also providing some recommendations for trips and to see if I needed transport arranging. I was also offered an upgrade to a castle/garden view for a very reasonable fee. Welcomed by a nice guy on reception who informed us of the facilities available and gave us a map explaining where we were in relation to the square and Jewish quarter. I did speak to another receptionist who was also really helpful and friendly. Room very clean and had a great view of the castle. Bed was comfortable and was easy to set the temperature. Nespresso machine was a nice touch but also a variety of different teas were provided. Nice lounge downstairs with books and blurays, plus water and coffee machine. Hotel is ideally located close to the square and the Jewish quarter. Only small complaint was I couldn't get the TV box to work and the captive portal for the WiFi wouldn't allow our phones to connect but this wasn't an issue for us. Overall can see why this is the top hotel in Krakow and will be staying here again when I return to Krakow.

We came to krakow and stayed here for my partners 30th, I emailed beforehand and asked the hotel if banners/balloons etc could be put up as a surprise which they very kindly done complimentary AND left a lovely wee card with a message on it and alcohol. The service was outstanding and so were the views as we had a view on to a beautiful garden and the castle. All the staff were so lovely and the guy who checked us in gave us a map and showed us best places to go. The beds were so comfy and rooms were spotless. The apartments are right next to Wawel castle and an easy walk to the main square and the Jewish quarter which was amazing! We will be staying here again this was the best hotel stay we have ever had. Thank you Stradonia staff X

The staff were so friendly and the rooms were perfect. Location was great and only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Breakfast was okay we mainly opted for the sweet option which you got crossiant fruit and a slice of cake with. Would definitely recommend and will look at coming back

The Stradonia apartments - wow, they did not disappoint. We had a 2 bed apartment for a family of 4, very spacious and everything you can think of was there. Lovely touches, and apartment was well equipped and SPOTLESS. Comfiest beds too! Amazing location, 5-10 min walk in either direction takes you to all of the must see places. Could not fault our stay here and will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Lovely apartment. Great location and tasty breakfast delivered to your apartment. The living room was decorated with balloons and a Happy Birthday banner for my husband. That was a thoughtful touch we weren't expecting. Krakow is a wonderful city to visit. I would recommend booking a stay at Stradonia Apartments.

Beautiful apartments well situated about 5 minute walk from the town square and probably the same maybe a minute or two more from the Jewish quarter. Handy little supermarket just opposite. Rooms are immaculate with everything we needed for our short stay. A good selection of teas and coffees. Lovely bathroom with big shower. Large comfortable beds, we had some great nights sleep. Reception staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We booked our tours through them and everything was seamless. On our checkout day we had to be out by 11 but our flight was not until 6. The reception staff were so kind and tagged and stored our luggage securely and offered that once we were done with what we wanted for the day if we were still at a lose end we could use the hotel lounge which has tea, coffee, books and dvds etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
