Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

A group of 10 friends stayed at this hotel at the end of April during our visit to Krakow. Like the title states perfectly situated only 5 mins walk to main square for bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean & tidy , restaurant & bar area . Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choice & food is excellent , we had a long day doing Auschwitz,Salt Mine tour so decided to eat at the hotel that evening . Alun looked after us that night at short notice and even stayed after his normal finish time so we had an enjoyable evening.Thanks Alun from all of us. I would highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Krakow as it was recommended to us . Thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel had an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a comprehensive breakfast. Overall, everything worked well, but unfortunately, we experienced a few service-related issues that made our stay occasionally uncomfortable. When we went to breakfast after 10 AM on a weekend (breakfast ends at 11:00), a restaurant staff member came over multiple times while we were eating to remind us that breakfast would end at 11:00 and that we needed to leave by then. At that point, we still had dozens of minutes left to eat. The same staff member kept walking past our table repeatedly, seemingly to check whether we had already left. They also asked for our room number again, despite having already provided it at the bar counter upon arrival. We’re unsure if it had something to do with the fact that we were two men in our 20s, but for some reason, our presence was not only questioned, but we were continuously pressured to leave. This did not appear to happen to older guests at nearby tables. However, this occurred only one morning and involved only one staff member. Another issue involved the room's keycard-activated power switch, which is typically standard in hotels. I had placed one of my own cards in the switch so that the AC would stay on while we were out, as we had only been given one keycard. During our stay, outdoor temperatures were above 25c. When we returned to our room, housekeeping had visited, and the card had disappeared from both the switch and the room. We went to the front desk to ask about it, and a few minutes later, a housekeeper happened to return with the exact card in hand. While not highly valuable, the card was still personal. It felt very inappropriate for the staff to remove and take a personal item without any notice. I understand if placing personal cards in the switch while away from the room is, for example, against hotel policy, but taking someone’s property without notice is completely unacceptable and not a professional way to handle the situation.

We stayed here 3 nights and got great service from the front desk. Our 4th floor room was quiet and had everything that we needed. We liked the included breakfast buffet with its many choices including several items that changed daily. I especially liked the cheeses and sliced meats along with the large selection of coffee drinks available on their machines along the buffet line.
