Excellent communication from start to finish, lovely apartment number 4 , Anna was extremely helpful and informative, transfers were polite, helpful, punctual and lovely car's, everything you need for a comfortable stay, shop at the end of the street and a short walk to the main square

Fantastic apartment with big rooms and well equipped with everything you need. Extremely clean and tidy and in a very quiet lovely area a short walk from the main square. Anna the Manager was extremely helpful, even arranging taxis for us on her days off, which was so appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment , excellent value for money and would definately use again. Thank you for a fantastc stay Anna. Shona and Charlie.

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was perfect. It was. A great location and right near a lovely little park. Everything was so close by. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had arranged a taxi to and from the airport via the accommand thevdrivers were there when we arrived and early when we were leaving. Both drivers were polite and helpful. We asked for our return taxi home earlier than planned and that was sorted without any problem. We were also allowed to stay in our apartment until we were leaving as there was no one else booked in, which was a great help and an extra bonus. We could have left our luggage in the complex anyway, which would have been helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

My first time in Kraków and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. An easy 5-10 min walk to the Old Town, we had a top floor apartment. We were met by Anna, the manger, who gave us a quick show around. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, comfy bed, nice wee living area, huge bathroom with a power shower, kitchen with everything we could need (including a Nespresso). My partner had been there a number of times, and we were given a "welcome back" bottle of wine, which was a really nice, personal touch. Anna was completely faultless. My partner had been conversing back and forth via email with her to organise trips etc and nothing was too much bother. She organised personal transfers to and from the airport and a group guided tour of both The Salt Mines and Auschwitz. All are added extras but the benefits of this far outweighs the cost. Additionally, our flight was changed by the airline, to which Anna amended our booking, at no extra cost, and changed all the transfers etc. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service element we received from Anna. The apartment location was close enough to the Old Town to lazily saunter in easily. Close to a local supermarket and with throwing distance to a bunch of eateries. Even in -11 temps and ankle high snow, it didn't feel an effort to walk to the Old Town. Without doubt, when I inevitably go back to Kraków, I'll be staying at Crystal Suites again.

Lovely large apartment with excellent services including great climate control and utilities. Walking distance to town square. Excellent communication from Manager who can arrange private transfer if required.

We're looking for a nice place to stay in the center of Krakow; after some research we chose for the Crystal Suites Old Town. We stayed in the room 0 on the ground floor. Please contact with the keeper giving us a friendly and warm welcome and explanation of the facilities. She also provided an overview for the best places to eat and drink. The room was cosy and the fulfilling all our needs. We also we pleasantly surprised of the breakfast, Served in a small cafe just few minutes walk. Perfect! Finally on the last day, we could leave the luggage in the room till departure. Hope to come back soon!

I reserved this place for my friends while visiting Krakow and Oswiecim. Apartament was very clean spacious and well equiped. Location was ideal for us. Everything was as It should be, well done to everyone.

we really enjoyed this apartment. It was clean, spacious, easy to find and a great location. The beds were very comfortable and linens were fresh and crisp. It was great to have laundry facility in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were very helpful and breakfast around the corner at a local cafe was generous and delicious. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the standing of the apartment, the size for 5 people, the location. The breakfast, in a very close cafe, was perfect with lots of choices. We enjoyed the exchanges with the manager and the organization of the various transfers (airport, museums...).

The apartment is located just outside of the old town city center with the town square, castle and the Jewish quarter easily reachable by walking through the parks surrounding the city. The apartment was cozy and clean with a nice little balcony, perfect to wind down away from the busy streets. The staff was super helpful with any questions I had.

Booked this place for my friends while visiting Poland. Apartament was Fresh, clean and well maintained. Location was excellent and walking distance to interesting places. I would recommend to everyone visiting Krakow

Very nice and clean apartment in perfect location - nicely quiet and still in walking distance to the city center. Communication with host was also perfect. This apartment can just recommend for 100%.

What a wonderful place this is. We were at the end of a 5 week Europe holiday and this was our final stay. We were all tired from living out of a suitcase and starting to lose our holiday sparkle. It is centrally located , clean and tidy with all the amenities and space you could want. The manager Anna was an absolute Gem. From first contact before we even got there she reached out and organised transfers to/from the airport and essential arrival information. She treated my family and I just like we were part of her family. From the greeting when we first got there where she explained everything we needed to know, to writing out instructions on how to get to places to visit ( including tram numbers) and places to eat. Anna was there to organise any detail of our holiday that we required. We loved Krackow, but Anna and Crystal Suites added that extra wow factor. We all want to go back. Thanks for making our holiday so special.
