Lokasi baik-baik saja. Agak jauh dari pusat kota. Ini bagus untuk mereka yang menginginkan lingkungan yang damai. Memiliki kolam renang pribadi adalah nilai tambah. Namun, furnitur di dalam ruangan bisa lebih baik. Sofanya ada noda kotor. Lebih buruk lagi, tempat tidur kami memiliki kutu busuk yang hidup. Meskipun staf menawarkan untuk mengganti seprai, mungkin masih ada lebih banyak kutu busuk. Kami memilih untuk tidak tinggal, karena alasan yang jelas. Dan sayangnya kami tidak bisa mendapatkan pengembalian dana. Sayang sekali untuk tempat yang bagus.

Very quiet and accommodating hotel. Friendly staff

We enjoy and love the ambiance here. Quite place and not so far from beach. The view from pool and balcony (duplex) was superb! Near the small mosque( not walking distance due to hill) and eating area. Had a change to visit the night market nearby. Delicious street food and cheap!!

As a guest at Andakiri Pool Villa, I was initially impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the room. The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure. The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. I love this place, and I really want to return. I probably will because the people at the resort and helpful and kind. The room, however, was really dirty this time. The couch was covered with what looked like oil stains. We wouldn’t sit on it and requested new couch pillows because they were stained too. I thought they would clean the couch but that never happened. This is my second time here because I love how out of the way it is. The view is wonderful and the private pool is special. The shower was clean but the shower head and hand held shower wand needed some serious cleaning. I almost went to the hardware store myself to get replacements. It would not be much money to fix these things. We also only got some of our towels and I had to call down for more after the room was cleaned. Attention to detail for these kinds of things is really important. Again, I will likely come back, but I hope they can get provide a cleaner room next time.
