A modern and clean hostel that provides a comfortable stay at a decent price with spacious beds and ample storage space. A bit light on amenities and common areas since it is rather small. The location is not as convenient as Ao Nang Beach and there is not much commercial activity around it. Much closer to Krabi Airport than Ao Nang for those who plan to fly to their next destination.

Average. Nothing fancy. No lifts. Only 3 parking upfront.

A Lovely Stay at the Modern Play Poshtel Krabi Town:) My Stay here for 3 Nights: In Hindsight I would have booked for 5:) ACCOMODATION: Clean; Comfortable; Nice; enjoyable; Cool Vibe, & Stylish with it. The Showers are in Good working order and are Effective and Strong Hot-Cold as you Choose;(How a Good Shower should Be!:). The Beds are deliciously Comfy and you will get a Wonderful; Peaceful & Restful Sleep. A Good Shower and Bed are Essential for Me. On My Touring around The Far East, I would Wish Every Bed would be like this. It is 11:34 as I write My Review. I Feel Relaxed; Rejuvinated; Really Well and Very Looked after. The Lobby and Dining Areas are Clean; Modern & in the style of "Open Plan". They're in a Side Separate Building to be used also for Dining or Laptop work; Reading or just "Being. It is Fitted out with Table; Chairs and a Strong Effective Live Air Conditioning Unit. a Welcomed Place to spend an Hour on These Thai Hot Days:) Definitely a Unique Selling Point of the Play Poshtel Krabi. It Really is a spot which I enjoy cooling down in!:) HOSPITALITY: Is Second to None! Wonderful. I had a nice Relaxed Chat with "Miki" Front of House) earlier this morning; "Miki" is a Kind, Warming Professional Young Lady who has a Quality, or May I say Gift of Making Me Feel Completely at Ease "at Home". "Miki" and the Reception Girls: "First" & "Bim" Compliment the Play Poshtel Krabi. A Team that obviously works in Harmony. A Beautiful Thing to See and Witness:) Krap:) LOCATION: A Great spot to Enjoy Exploring the Krabi Province & Beautiful Islands That Thailand has to Offer. Lovely welcome from the ladies at reception. Easy to get to from krabi pier. Nice lobby area and rooms. Area is nice and quiet. Not much to do socially but is great for friends and couples who need a break from busy backpacking. Would reccomend again
