The facility was good the staffs were okay but I would prefer more cleanliness in toilets and bedroom…the towels are provided when ask and not already set in toilets some toilets have ruined mirrors too

cheap rate and good quality rooms, comes with ac also. lighting system was good. but bad bed cover. even though the bed quality was too good, so didn't notice it well.

I booked a room. The first room had a lot of mosquitoes, the room was not cleaned, there was no privacy in that room, we were given a used water kettle, then we were shown another room, which was not sleepable. The AC was making a lot of noise. When I reported all this to the duty manager who was there, he behaved very badly. If a manager like this runs an establishment with a staff, it will not last long.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what i expected. The room was not up to standard while the location/service had potential, these problems made it difficult to enjoy my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and good. But there was a fue things to notice, the wash basins floor was not clean, also there was no toiletries available at there. Only a soap was there and thats it, and also there was a random number of tea bags and sugar milk powder ext. Which doesn’t make enough for two person, these are the few things i have to report. I dont have pics
