Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach

The best and luxurious stay you can enjoy in the Gods own country and Spices land. Let me tell you my review by one by one. Our stay in Gokulam grand kovalam. From the welcoming to the time of checkout they were super cool in dealing with us. The restaurant team and the front office and house keeping team did a very great job.

The location is brilliant so is the staff, I really enjoyed my 4 days stays over here. Worth a stay for family and which is kids friendly. The breakfast spread is also good whixh you can fill up on in the morning and then enjoy your rest of the day at the beach

It was great experience.. right from the check in you can feel the great hospitality.. ms surya, mr rajesh took very good take of us helped us in booking and darshanam etc.. take the hotel cabs for roaming around. Mr anusurya our driver was very polite and professional.. Coming to restaurant food was tasty but the restaurant staff jibin, vijay, shahin went out of their way to make us comfortable.. All in all one word for the hostel is their constant readiness for helping the guests.. Hospitality was one of the best..

We recently stayed at Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach and had a very disappointing experience, especially considering the reputation and beauty of the property. We were traveling with senior citizens and were given a room located in a muddy and unsafe area, completely unsuitable for elders. There was a persistent and unbearable smell right outside the room, which we reported multiple times — both in person and by phone — but it was never resolved. Shockingly, the area outside the room had dried plants and debris that weren’t cleared even by the next morning. There was also loud construction happening near our room, and when we complained, the staff casually responded with “It’s okay, sir,” without offering any solution. To add to this poor service, we had asked the front desk for tourist information and details about visiting Kanyakumari. No one ever got back to us. What was most disappointing is that a staff member casually told us this type of room is typically given to MakeMyTrip bookings — as though guests who book through travel platforms deserve substandard treatment. While the property itself is beautiful, the poor room quality, lack of cleanliness, unresolved issues, and indifferent attitude of the staff made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're expecting good service, especially if you're traveling with elders or relying on basic support from the staff.

Shahin from restaurant team was awesome. He always serve with a smile. Also surya (female staff) from Front Office team was excellent. She gave us nice room at checkin. Always ready to answer any queries. Excellent work both of them ..............

Amazing stay with spectacular services 🥰 highly recommend. The staff is very professional polite and helping. The view from the property is mesmerising. Would love to visit again…. We visited the beach which was 5 mints from the property Food was also very yum
