During arrivals/ checking in time, the front desk does not so welcome or sense of friendly gesture. It’s too robotic.. The room was nice and clean the bed is comfortable too. The breakfast food was great and delicious especially the nasi lemak sambal! That was my highlight. We saw a waiter at the restaurant but doesn’t do the table cleaning.its so messy and we have to clean the table by ourselves. Please improve more with these customer services.

I have never stayed as good as 5 stars hotel such this Hyatt Regency in KK. Starting from reception, buttler, and front desk- all are so good in order. The receptionist who check me in was very helpful. The room perfect. Hot water is good, room is very spacefull and stunning. The decorations are just perfect, migh be Merry Chritsmas is coming. Just next time, maybe i will stay sea view. Better as have great view of KK ocean view.

Strategic location right at the KK city centre. 15min drive from the airport. Easy access to all shopping malls. Excellent sound proof room against the main road traffic. Serve good breakfast. However, the variety of dishes is quite similar such as nasi lemak, pineapple fried rice and fried noodles. I personally thought that the hotel could provide something better than that. Anyway, it was a good stay and definitely I'll come back to the hotel again. Thank you.

Quite a good location with relatively short drive or cab to Gaya and the markets. The distance for walking would not be a problem for most people, but for a seniors not recommended especially if the weather is hot.

Ideal location, but not much facilities though. The hotel room is big with a fashionable western styled design. I stayed over for one night, arrived at Saturday night and left for Sunday morning. The busy Gaya Street makes it fun at Saturday night but the Sunday market can be very noisy as the market starts very early in the morning. All in all a pleasant stay!

It's been the fifth day since I checked out. The deposit hasn't been refunded to me yet. I don't know if it's because the lipstick accidentally rubbed on their towels, so the deposit is not refunded. Is their towels worth rm100? I can wash it off when I rub it on my clothes, but they can't. The room is quite comfortable and well-equipped, but there is a lot of dust, and the sound insulation is not good. I was awakened by the sound of the next room in the middle of the night. 距离退房到今天第五天了 deposit还没有退给我，不知道是不是因为口红不小心蹭到他们的毛巾上 所以不退deposit了 他们的毛巾价值rm100吗？我蹭到自己的衣服上都能洗掉 而他们洗不掉 房间蛮舒服 设备齐全 但是灰尘超级无敌多 隔音也不好 半夜一直被隔壁房的声音惊醒

Please DO NOT book this unit SA#01, you will definitely REGRET. They never maintain the unit well. These are the problem we faced during our stays at this unit : 1. Before check in I wrote to confirm whether is there a washing machine. Their answer is 'YES' but they never said it was NOT WORKING until when you want to use then only they said washing machine is out of order. 2. Horrible water leaking at toilet sink that cause the floor all wet the whole time. Until we really can't stand and need to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth and hand washing. 3. Master bed room air conditioner is not working well, instead of cool air it come out like warm air. 4.Not extra garbage begs provided. 5.The whole apartment only 2 socket can be used for HP, Laptop charging. Imagine we have to queue to charge our HP. 6.Did not really mention only 1 toilet attached in between 2 rooms. Please think twice if you are booking this unit.

The room is super clean and the location is strategic. The staff also very nice. They give us a free luggage tag when we were check out. Thank u so much !

With 3 star price, can enjoy 5 star quality. One thing is that it is dual key unit. If not, would have extended more.
