We are truly sorry that your stay at Hotel Sixty3 was affected by the unexpected water disruption, particularly as it impacted essential facilities such as showering and using the toilet.We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the water disruption during your stay. The interruption began on Saturday due to maintenance works by the local authorities and unfortunately affected hotels and properties across Kota Kinabalu. We have our own water storage tank, which allowed us to maintain the water supply throughout Saturday and into Sunday morning. However, as the disruption continued throughout Sunday, our water reserve was eventually depleted, resulting in an interruption to the hotel's water supply from Sunday morning until later that evening. We fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this must have been upon your arrival.We also appreciate your feedback regarding the firmness of the bed and the size of the television. We understand that comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest, and we are sorry if these aspects did not meet your personal preferences during your stay. We have noted your comments and appreciate you taking the time to share them with us. On a positive note, we are pleased to know that you found our staff friendly, the room spacious, and the location convenient. As the hotel is located along Gaya Street, the atmosphere can vary depending on the day and time, particularly on Sundays when the surrounding area may be quieter outside of market hours.
