Our first room ada lipas yang sangat besar dan banyak (dalam 5 ekor).
Minta tolong tukar bilik and they did explained yang sebelum ni bilik itu ditutup buat sementara untuk tujuan penambah-baikan atas sebab ada tikus mati.
Dapat bilik baru dan luckily, the new assigned room semua ok.
Staff semua ok 👍

Stay here for 3 night 3 pax. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Nice building and lobby with some sort grand white decor. Staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here. Nearby to IMAGO shopping mall and ***a street.

This is my second stay, a disappointing stay. The first room was out of hot water and no aircon, The front desk moved us to another room, however, the hot water needed to wait for 20min then we could bathe. Anyway, keep us guys. The outside of the building is stunning!

環境還不錯，感覺挺新的，就是房間有一點點小，前台接待很熱情，還給我們做了延後退房

A very nice hotel in the heart of KK. Everything is amazing just that the space inside the room is a little bit small. If you're travelling with kid, make sure to book a bigger room. Aside from this, everything is good!

首先衞生很差，床單被罩都是臟污，下去找前台已經找不到人了，還好第二天服務態度很好，我們加錢換了房間，設施啥都沒有，不建議旅遊居住

Great service with good facilities. Lokasi berdekatan dengan todak waterfront dan night market. Hotel baru, bilik sgt cantik dengan toilet 5🌟. So recommended and surely will come again.

I have been checking in to this hotel for more than 10 times with my fiance just because of the “vibe” of this hotel whenever we visit KK. The design and setting of the whole hotel is very western-like and relaxing, and for the price point it’s a right sized room. The service is also very good, they send you WhatsApp to ask whether you want house cleaning services, and you can contact them with it too. I once got very thirsty at midnight and I sent a WhatsApp to the staff asking if I can have some mineral water, they sent me 6 bottles in under 5 minutes.
