I must say to share it and it was a truly outstanding experience. Before that, I received a msg from the management to download and save the Self Check-in Instructions in pdf. Read the menu before arrived. There are no staff to welcoming us. My room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's own facilities were top-notch, especially my car are safely park at reserve parking at Basemet, the Swimming Pool, Gym etc. The hotel is perfectly situated too, making it easy to explore the local attractions and enjoy the surrounding area such as The WALK with it F&B and a block away to popular IMAGO shopping mall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience and can't wait to return again!

All is good but the unifi and dryer is not fuctioning.My kids cannot watch tv at all bc theres no internet at all.owner should check everything 1st

非常大的房間，乾淨整潔。 三間卧室讓兩個家庭綽綽有餘。 雖然沒有用廚房，但廚具一應俱全。 泳池人很少，包場的感覺超讚！ 樓下打車吃喝一應俱全，首選對面的樑記！ 距離imago很近，逛商場很方便。 下次來沙巴一定要繼續住這裏！性價比秒殺香格里拉麥哲倫和凱悦了！

我們6個人在這住了連續3晚，樓上樓下好幾個陽台，窗外風景很美，樓下有吃的逛的，自助入住很方便，人多的話，要自己買點水和生活用品。

저렴한 가격에 잘 묵다갑니다~ 와이파이가 잘 터지고, 타월과 휴지가 더 필요해서 연락하면 10초만에 답장이 와서 빠른 서비스!! 화장실 2개, 침실 3개 아주 만족합니다 숙소 뷰도 이뻐요 어메니티 (칫솔, 비누, 헤어캡, 샴푸, 바디워시) 있어요 이 숙소 추천합니다 !!❤️

房間很大，空間感十足，複式設計，樓下是廚房和客廳，樓上是睡房，有基本廚具，露台陽光充足，十分適合梁曬衣服，整體感覺都十分好。 但是房間的內部清潔要加強，房間有很多污跡和灰塵。 建議入住的旅客都自備沐浴露和洗發水

交通便利，與房東溝通方便。 游泳池乾淨整潔。 附近還有知名百貨業者，逛街吃飯買名產都方便。 下次旅行會優先考慮。

客服很耐心，位置好、出行方便，家人都很滿意，性價比很高👍
