Not received any instruction to get key after 3.00pm. I need to call owner then after more than 10 times then owner pickup. Owner also charge me RM200.00 as security deposit. They not mention actual amount at Trip.com. Which is for me quite expensive.

地理位置很方便，就在碼頭旁邊。公寓比較新，也比較乾淨。但是入住過程比較麻煩。這不是酒店！！！屋主沒有主動提前給與入住説明。我在飛亞庇的飛機上突然想起是不是該聯繫一下對方，給屋主發郵件才得知，你必須用whats app才能安排入住。其實所有的資料可以通過email完成，但是被要求衹能通過whats app溝通。在夜班機到達亞庇後，拖家帶口，帶着孩子，然後要到處找whats app的下載方式（安卓機，應用市場裏沒有）。非常狼狽！得到入住説明後，在大半夜需要去32樓拿鑰匙，那裡是健身房，半夜沒有人，也有一半區域是沒有燈的，氣氛很恐怖。此外，提醒一下英文不好的人，這個民宿沒有中文服務。同時，民宿居然不提供包括洗手液，肥皂之類的所有東西！你可以不提供牙刷，毛巾這些，但是洗手液都沒有，也是第一次碰到！如果住的時間比較長，英語好的人也值得來住。但是如果衹住兩三天，各種麻煩，感覺不如住酒店。

房間非常乾淨，位置也非常好，客服服務也很及時，也有會中文的客服，唯一一個不足就是下午三點入住，耽誤了我很多時間，我是一個人住的 空間很大 ，很温馨。
