Stayed for 1 week in September, hotel very clean, very friendly reception staff, location great,stated in room 117 with view of the road but great for the sun after the beach/pool. Didn't eat at hotel but back this year as a solo traveller staying HB so will be trying the food. Definitely recommend it

Please ignore thd negative reviews. The hotel is clean. Friendly staff. Rooms are roomy yes you pay for air-conditioning and safe but it is what it is. Breakfast is there if you want it I had yogurt and fruit. Although I was half board I cannot comment on evening meals as I ate out in the evenings at several of the many tavernas in the village. The pool area clean and good for swimming. Many of the guests are regulars who stay for weeks at a time. I for one will be back next year

Very basic hotel. Definitely needs updating On arrival had to pay tax straight away and the checking system is very slow good job there wasn’t a queue behind us. Paid £260 to upgrade to family room a month before we came out but they said they hadn’t got any details. But after another 45 minutes of waiting they had a room to upgrade us too. Air conditioning was 154 euros extra. Didn’t pay that In the ‘family’ room it was very small. Very few plug sockets one of which came straight out of the wall. The shower was a quarter moon tray with an extendable pole across that fell down on numerous occasions. Bar was supposed to be open till 2am but closed around 1230 a few nights. And if you order food off the menu it comes from the sister hotel 3 streets up ! Breakfast very poor no hot breakfast and no drinks facilities in any rooms only a very small fridge Cleaning was brilliant done everyday. The staff were friendly and polite but I wouldn’t return here If you want to keep your room on for a few extra hours if you have a late departure it is € 120 !! It’s a no from me.

We stayed for 14 nights at the Classic on a half board basis with Jet2. Rooms were good with daily cleaning/towel change etc. Staff were exceptional and friendly. It was 31 degrees every day and sunbeds were a plenty. Great pool area. Supermarket just across the road was good value. The half board offer (Evening meal is at Kris Mari hotel) was adequate and always plentiful. The breakfast whilst basic was very nice. This hotel is ideal for those that want to chill out. Plenty of bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Overall a great holiday at a very nice and relaxing hotel in a lovely resort. Jet2 were very good from start to finish.

What's not to like? The staff are friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean, the shower room was great and the aircon cooled the room down well. The only thing that was not great was the bed, it was rock hard and the pillows flat my poor body ached from head to foot. Plenty of choice in the continental breakfast and I found it to be fine as I'm not a breakfast person. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

- Lovely pool and bar area (Theo great barman) - Good selection of drinks at bar - Clean room upon arrival - One plug point in bedroom (other by door) - Maid came in twice in five days (sign to clean room was left out) - Basic breakfast - You will need to pay tax (cash) on arrival - Aircon additional charge - Shower not great/no tea/water in room - Girl at reception has attitude/smirks

I went with my 2 grown up sons.We all enjoyed our stay as all staff from front desk to breakfast staff and housekeeping were all lovely.I couldn't fault any of them. I will certainly return again next year without a doubt and hopefully to the same room ....Thank you all again

Awful experience, travelling with family including my 3 year old daughter, baby pool was really dirty, slimy and mouldy! An actual health hazard, could not use. Asked staff about cleaning it, was just ignored. My autistic child was overwhelmed and having a meltdown in reception to be asked by the staff “can we be quiet as people were having an afternoon nap” this was at 3pm! As if the situation is not stressful enough for us, that comment was just absolutely Disgraceful!! I have never felt so upset!!

Cheap just not cheerfully Rooms average and dated I'd say 1970s poss eafly 80s original Bathroom grim shower dangerous intermediate temperatures from cool to burning takes a couple scolding to get right Breakfast contental just not good / poor Pool good size could be cleaner Sunbed pentyfull Bar / staff very good Kitchen Food Half-board ate 3 out of 14 days won't get that time back just not worth the long I say long wait or the calories Peaked early with greek salad Eat out unless you just not arsed about food its just fuel between drinks Waiting staff x2 no real idea of good customer service just roboticly 🤖 x1 getting through a shift no apologies for the wait painfull Reception staff very good Housekeeping great with what there working with ! Management 😶 Would I stay again NO But they will be plenty happily spending there hard earned on this and there sister hotels
