Great Hotel, Even Better People Just got back from a week at Gaia Palace and overall had a really good time. The hotel itself is lovely — really clean, well-maintained, and the pools are just what you want for a relaxing break. We upgraded to a nicer room and it was 100% worth it. The room was modern, spacious, and spotless. The cleaning ladies were brilliant — they did a fantastic job every day and were always super friendly whenever we saw them. Couldn’t have asked for better. As for the food — it was alright for me, I eat most things so I managed fine. But I have to be honest, it did get very repetitive. My Mrs is a fussier eater and definitely struggled to find variety. She got bored pretty quickly and we ended up eating out for lunch and dinner a few times. The local restaurants were honestly much better in terms of food, but again, if you’re not fussy like me, the hotel food is okay. Now onto the real highlight — the staff, especially around the bar and entertainment. Big shoutouts to: * Anni & Klaerd (Bar Staff): These two are absolute top lads. No joke — the best bar staff I’ve ever come across, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. Their service, banter, and energy were second to none. They went above and beyond every single night, remembered your drinks, kept the vibe going, and genuinely made our holiday so much better. These two seriously deserve pay rises — absolute assets to the hotel. * Kristjan (Bar Staff): Super friendly, chilled and always happy to help. Just a great guy to have behind the bar. Mirko & Yurij (Entertainment Team): Both of these lads were brilliant. Mirko is such a genuine, down-to-earth guy — we looked forward to chatting with him every day. Just a lovely presence around the hotel. Yurij brought the laughs and energy — always on point with the entertainment and clearly loves what he does. Honestly, it’s the people here that made the trip really special. The hotel is lovely, the pools are great, and the room was spot on — but it’s Anni, Klaerd, Kristjan, Mirko and Yurij who turned a good holiday into a memorable one. One big thing to note though is location - if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing trip then this is perfect however if you’re looking for something super close to town then this is not it! Super remote for our liking but each to their own. Thanks to all of you — hope to come back and see you again soon!

This hotel is FANTASTIC The staff are a credit to the hotel - extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our cleaning lady was wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. The reception staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful- We UNFORTUNATELY left our patio door open and had some unwanted “critters” in our room- the reception not only gave us their mosquito spray, they gave us their fan….. definitely helped us have a good nights sleep that night. The two ladies in the spa were fantastic- very professional and a wonderful visit to the spa, treatments are very reasonable and they are excellent HIGHLY recommend. Food was excellent, fresh good variety, in restaurants and snack bar. Excellent for both families and couples as they accommodate both with a quieter side for couples but also a pool ideal for children. Always a great pleasure to come to this paradise. We have been coming back for several years because we find calm, cleanliness, magnificent infrastructure but above all a lovely, helpful and professional staff. A huge thank you to the manager Mrs. Nitsa always with a smile and great care for her customers. We had the chance to meet the owner who is just like his hotel, very welcoming and who thinks of only one thing, seeing his customers happy. Thanks a lot ! You really at the TOP
