Niriides Hotel

Booked a trip with TUI pick up point was this hotel. Directed by reception staff to take a seat, was then approached by a rude female who told me the hotel was for TUI guests only and I had to leave, explained I was a TUI guest at neighbouring hotel ( better hotel) but she insisted I had to wait outside. When asked for her name she would not provide it and would only identified my self as owner. If that is how the owner behaves I would give this hotel a wide birth. Complaint made to TUI too, who were not surprised, well let’s hope they do something about it rather than providing her with more business.

We arrived here on 2nd August and had a glorious 2 week stay. The island is magnificent but what makes it special is this hotel and most importantly the staff and owners. From the moment you arrive it feels like you have joined a family, the owners are always on site and available and recognise you and stop for a chat, which is lovely. The food is incredible, it’s clear the kitchen staff take pride in what they do, with many Greek dishes on the menu and for those who want it, pizza, chips etc are also available. The entertainment team are good and host events during the day without being overbearing, the daily ‘good morning’ to everyone in person was a nice touch. While the evening shows can be a bit hit and miss the silent disco is a must! The bar staff - well what can I say - we have never encountered such friendly, amusing people, they are all a credit to the hotel, they made us laugh every day and remembered our order, but really enjoyed it when you asked them to make something off the menu! Special shout outs to George Senior, Barbara and also the night team, but our favourite people have to be George junior ( the student medic who I helped celebrate his birthday with presenting him the cake ) and Anastasia ( also known as Stacey who is the most funniest, friendliest person) these 2 were incredible and really made our holiday with their humour and generosity, they clearly love their jobs. The Tui reps are on site daily and have great recommendations, we did the Sunset 4x4 which was just amazing, saw parts of the island not usually accessible with a fab local guide and a private car for the 4 of us, ending in a meal in Zia for the sunset and a tour round Kos town in the evening- great value and recommended. We highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful holiday at Niriides Beach Hotel in Kos! We visited in mid-August and everything was simply perfect. The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes every day and always kept spotless. The hotel areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. 👏 A big thank you to all the restaurant staff, who were always kind, friendly, and welcoming, making every meal a pleasant experience. Special mention goes to Nikolas, the waiter, who impressed us with his politeness, attentiveness, and constant smile. He was always there whenever we needed something, and we really grew very fond of him! 🙏 Thank you for the great hospitality, and we truly hope to come back again soon!
