Ottimo residence vicino alla città di Kos e alla spiaggia. Posizione silenziosa e confortevole. Bellissimi il giardino e la piscina, esterni curati, stanze comode e spaziose, personale gentile.

We spent two weeks there (September, October 2024). The hotel is very well located. Quiet place. Very clean. The service is very polite and helpful. The hotel has two drawbacks. The first drawback is the breakfasts. For two weeks, the very poor menu has not changed. I recommend taking this hotel, but without breakfast. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket where you can buy fresh local products for breakfast. The second drawback is the lighting. The light bulbs are so weak that reading is out of the question. Once you are there, use the services of the company "Kos adventures". I used their services when ordering a car. The car was delivered to the hotel in half an hour. In addition, we received a large dose of information on where, what to see, and what to visit. Kos Adventures also organizes trips around the island. Speaking of food. Near the hotel (150 m) there is the Mavromatis tavern. Great food, as well as the service - we saved ourselves with breakfast there.

We stayed for a week early October stayed bed and breakfast,we’ve traveled all over on our holidays and I’ve never been to a hotel were the breakfast was absolutely awful,only warm food was supposed to be boiled eggs but even those were cold ,selection for continental was the worst I have ever had.The bar and snack bar were so expensive hardly anyone used it included ourselves we asked the receptionist if she could order a taxi and her reply was take the number and do it yourself taxis are hard to get.Best part was our room which was lovely and the lady who cleaned our room.Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful pool area and bar, spotlessly clean, hard working and very friendly staff. 2 mins from the beach, Bam Bams supermarket across the road is excellent. 30 mins walk to Kos Town. 5 mins walk to the best beach bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for your holiday in Kos.

Very affordable, room was super clean, cleaned daily! Very spacious, balcony was very private. Pool was a bit chilly but clean, lots of space to sit. Lovely receptionist happy to help with anything! Very happy with our stay had everything we needed and more!!

We knew this hotel was basic but we still had a lovely time. My friend & I stayed for 11 nights. Mostly Dutch & British guests and a total mix of age groups from babies to pensioners. Our room was very basic and the bathroom was very old and small. No room to store your toiletries, just a wee shelf above the sink. We ended up not using the shower curtain as it was very claustrophobic, so bathroom always got soaked. Our balcony faced out onto the car park which wasn’t the best view. A lot of the apartments have been upgraded and have nice garden views, we were on a b&b basis. Now the breakfast. Yes that was very basic but you know what, it was fine. Pool bar did a full breakfast but you had to pay for that, pool bar also did lunch. Lots of choice and good was really good. The hotel lounge etc again was basic and old fashioned , no one really used it. Plenty of books in there for guests. Also lots on balls, noodles and LILO’s in the pool left from past guests for all to use. Pool area was great and plenty of sun loungers available all day long, nice big garden area with plenty of trees to lie under when it got too hot. Hotel is in an excellent position just off the ‘main road’. Bus stop at the bottom of the road and it’s only about a 20 min walk along to kos town, lots of bike lanes, everyone hired bikes which were very cheap. Beaches aren’t the best, gritty sand and stones in the water, not idylic. Nice restaurants on the main road and very good prices. Kos is beautiful, hire a car and get around the island. Staff at the hotel were lovely, music played at the pool bar and it was fine, no loud rowdy music as some reviews say. Enjoy your trip. Supermarket across from hotel has ready made rolls for you to take to airport
