We spent an unforgettable holiday at Atlantica Beach Resort . The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating . The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and having fun. What really made our stay special, though, were the incredible animators, Momo and Baba. They were full of energy, always friendly, and created a fantastic atmosphere for guests of all ages. We spent a lot of time with them and by the end of our trip, they truly felt like friends. This was a family vacation for us, and the resort exceeded our expectations in every way.

Having read some of the reviews prior to going, I was skeptical on what my overall experience would be like but I’m glad to say me and my partner had the holiday of a lifetime. Starting with the room, we were situated in the residents area of the holiday which has only been opened in June (2025). The room was superb, 2 bathrooms meaning me and my partner could have our own. The beds were super comfy and whilst it was 2 single beds pushed together we didn’t mind! The overhead shower had great pressure and there was an impressive array of toiletries. There were tea and coffee making facilities too, with a nespresso machine which was a nice touch. Fresh water bottles were supplied each day and the warm was always cleaned immaculately. Next, the pools, we only really went to the main pool down by the main part of the hotel itself. The pool was kept in great condition and always super clean. There was a shallow end with plenty of space and a deeper end too. There were also a large amount of sunbeds with lots of great spots for sun and shade, so much so reserving sunbeds isn’t really needed. There are also pools in the residents area and by the front of the hotel (one of which is adults only). I can’t really comment on these as we didn’t visit either. Food wise I was super impressed, as an all inclusive this really is a make or break for me but the overall standard and choice was amazing. The buffet has a fantastic choice of options and always offers local options too which meant lots of baklava. At night, the buffet did lots of different themes, including Asian, Mexican and Greek which were all great. The food was great quality too, meats cooked well, plenty of fruit and veg options and a huge choice for dessert. The ala carte options are great too. Our favourite was Dante’s the Italian. This is a buffet too, but the pizza was incredible, proper Italian style. Drinks wise, there are great options both for soft and alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks are mainly self serve too which helps on queue times. There is also ‘Scoops’ the ice cream trailer by the main pool with some great flavours, like Nutella, Snickers and Kinder Bueno! The snack bar also serves gyros in the day if you don’t fancy going back in for lunch. Lastly and by the far the best part of this holiday was the entertainment team. Jayden, Baba, Mo Mo and Camo made our holiday the most unforgettable we’ve ever had. They are so friendly, fun loving and easy going making every day feel better than the last. The day entertainment starts light with botcha (like bowls), table tennis and aqua gym. Then in the afternoon games of water polo and beach volleyball start. The water polo was highlight, everyone gets involved and it’s so much fun. The pool games were a real favourite too. The evening entertainment really shined too, there’s a great mix of acts that come in and the team taking the nights like the music quiz. Just returned from an amazing 11 nights here and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! The resort itself is beautiful – super clean and right by the beach with crystal clear water. The food was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Definitely try the à la carte restaurants. But what really made the trip extra special was the entertainment team, especially Jaden and Baba! These two were absolutely incredible – full of energy, fun, and always up for a laugh. They made sure everyone was included and having a great time, whether it was during poolside games, sports activities, or the evening shows. They brought so much positive energy and made a huge impact on our holiday. A real highlight for us was the pool party – it was amazing. ! Music, dancing, floats, the whole atmosphere was great. A huge thank you to Jaden and Baba for the laughs, the dancing, and the great memories – you guys are the heart of the resort. Highly recommend for families looking for both relaxation and fun.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and the facility’s are excellent and I would recommend highly BUT I would consider one thing. It is a good 70-80 min walk from the nearest town and there is nothing around it so if like us you like to have a walk and explore maybe have a drink on the way then this is not for you at all. On site shop is very expensive as well and due to the above know they can charge 3-4 x as much as normal shops.

My stay at this hotel in Kos was a mix of positives and disappointments. The grounds were generally well-kept, and the pool area was nice for relaxing during the day. However, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations. One of the biggest downsides was the atmosphere among the staff. While some were friendly, many seemed visibly miserable and overworked. It affected the overall vibe of the place and made certain interactions feel awkward or forced. Especially at the nighttime staff serving drinks seemed fed up, and incapable to keep up with the demands of the guests. Location-wise, the hotel is quite far out from the main town, which might suit older guests or those looking for a quiet break such as family’s . But for younger couples or anyone wanting to enjoy some nightlife or evening entertainment, it’s not ideal. Getting into kardemina was fairly easy, but sometimes long waits for taxis which sometimes caused us to miss the bus to kos town. The on-site Italian restaurant was also disappointing. We expected a more traditional à la carte experience, but it turned out to be a buffet-style setup. The food lacked authenticity and felt more like mass catering than a proper Italian dining experience. Overall, the hotel may suit families or guests after a more laid-back, resort-style holiday, but if you’re hoping for lively evenings or standout food, you might want to look elsewhere
