The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

Het hotel is mooi gelegen je loopt zo het centrum in . Wij hadden kamers met havenzicht die was zeer goed ,de bedden waren prima,maar de badkamer is verouderd was lastig met de douche in het bad ontbijt was zeer goed .zeker om terug te komen .

Kos’a her gittiğimde büyük zevkle kalıyorum. Her yere yakın, odalar ferah ve temiz kahvaltı mükemmel.

Odaları 11’de boşaltıp temizlenmiş hazır dahi olsalar 15 e kadar vermiyorlar, Anlayışsızlar bu konuda, banyoda klozetin çok eski ve içinin simsiyah leke içinde olması, Bazı ışıklar beyaz hastane gibi bazıları sarı karmakarışık, Yatak baş uçlarında priz yok, Banyoda priz yok Çatı havuzundan başkada olanak yok

I loved the swimmingpool, I could enjoy it a few minutes. Unfurtunatly it sloses at 18h. I do not understand that such a big hotol is not able to find enough staff in order to keep the pool open until at least 20h. It could even be longer as the swimmingpool is located on the roof and does not disturb other rooms.

The reception area and balcony area outside is fabulous. We booked the apartment type room and have to say the room look tired. The rooms could do with a bit of a facelift.

The front desk staff are great. Having a pool at that location is a great feature and a great way to end the day. The snack bar at the pool is also a nice convenience.

Had a 10 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms starting to look a little tired but nevertheless adequate. Lovely buffet breakfast. View from the bar/cafe and pool on the roof is fantastic. Very close to bars, shops, restaurants but far enough away for it to be very tranquil.

Kos is a really top spot and kosta palace is perfect locatoon overlooking the harbour but quiet at night. The pool area on the roof and bar patio area are two best features for me. Get it booked.

Staff were amazing Always a smile and a hello. Breakfast was a great choice and something different each day. Clean hotel Would definitely return

Fabulous room on top floor with fantastic views. Very modern decor & bathroom. Good sound proofing no problem sleeping.

The property was clean but not to a high standard, the air-conditioning through our whole stay was terrible and did not cool down the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell to it, we stayed in a business suite and there was no iron or ironing board and when we asked for an iron they supplied one but advised they had no ironing board. When we asked for towels, they were quite funny about giving extra towels and also had no extra pillows when we asked for 2 more as they only supplied 1 each. Our bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The place was central and in a great location but I wouldnt stay here again. I would opt to stay further out and hire a buggy to head into town if I were to come again.

Hotel is great looks like it has been refurbished recently. Roof pool and terrace bar very nice. We chose wrong room type wnt for an apartmemt but want really suitable kitchen not real fit for purpose.
