The warmth, friendliness and also professionalism of all of the lovely staff here is what makes this fantastic hotel so special. The hotel facilities are excellent - large, clean comfortable rooms, a choice of pools, lots of very good restaurants and bars, and clean beaches. But it is the hard work put in by all of staff, and always done with a smile, which makes the Ikos Aria stand out from other hotels. Nothing was too much trouble and the answer was always "Yes - now what's the question?"I don't like to single out individual members of staff as clearly there is strong team ethos - and you are all great, guys - but a special thank you is due to Elena, the Deluxe Collection Manager, who arranged all our restaurants trips, transfers etc before we even left the UK and then checked regularly to make sure we were happy; George was the friendliest waiter and always cheerful at the Seasons breakfast; Florin worked tirelessly in the heat at the Deluxe pool, always chatty and cheerful; Maria made cocktail hour a blast - and gave us her secret cocktail recipe (amazing!) - a fun person to be around; Vendi was such a lovely waitress, she looked after us so well and liked a joke too; finally the whole E-Concierge Team are amazing - you ping over a request and they reply within minutes. Casey in particular was so helpful; and thanks also to Thomas on the Deluxe Reception for being so charming and helpful. This was our second visit here and we plan to visit again next year.

What a fantastic place, the whole thing is way more than 5 stars. The staff are the best of anywhere I have been. This place absolutely excels in customer excellence. Special mention to Georgie in the reception team who was amazing, she really made the visit special

We are repeat Ikos visitors so expectations were high. We were delighted to discover on check-in that we'd been upgraded to deluxe with a huge junior suite, private garden and sea view. The room was beautiful. We loved being able to use Seasons restaurant, which was a lovely quiet haven, and the deluxe pool with its spaceousness and wonderful staff. Anastasia and her team made sure that we were very well looked after every day. Food in the restaurants was to a high standard, with Provence being our favourite, followed by Kos and Seasons. If I was being picky I would say that Oliva isn't great, but we are used to eating Spanish food in Spain. The BBQ lunch at Ouzo is lovely, with amazing views. Vendi and Luke at Ouzo were stand out members of staff. Buggies are plentiful if you need them, and we never had to wait long, although we didn't use them much as the resort is very walkable. We only really had one service issue at the deluxe bar where the waitress saw us arrive but then failed to serve us, going to see others first who had arrived after us. It probably took us 15 mins to get a drink. Not a disaster, but not the service you expect. I'm writing this from our late room which we were kindly given free of charge as we have a late flight. In summary, this is definitely up there with our favourite Ikos hotel which is Andalusia.

The most amazing holiday we've had, total superseded our expectations. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were lucky to get a free room upgrade after a couple of days which was incredible. The staff work tirelessly to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. Rooms, grounds, food, drinks, entertainment,cleanliness, service, everything is 10/10. Favourite restaurants were Anaya, Ouzo and Fresco. My daughter was unfortunate to get a fever and calpol wouldn't bring it down, reception arranged for ibuprofen to be got from the pharmacy in the next village and delivered to our room all within a couple of hours and we was only charged €10 on check out for this which I thought was amazing. All the staff are super, names of some I can remember, Maria on reception is a superstar, Spyros at the beach pool and Stavros from Fresco. We loved our golf buggy rides, use of the pedalos to go over to the island, use of the bikes and the amazing food. Just wish we had been there more than a week! If you are considering booking do it! Only problem is once you've experienced Ikos the holiday bar is set and you won't want to holiday anywhere else. We will definitely be back one day!

Deluxe option. celebrating my 70th birthday every offering was awesome including F& B and service with a smile. all staff exceptional Elena , deluxe manager. thank you for flowers and birthday cake. Maria bar manger at Seasons Floor manager at restaurant Seasons Reception deputy manager at Delux desk ; Niko Manager at ANAYA F& B manager who organised special Lobster Bisque at Ouzo restaurant So many to name. 5 star for sure

This hotel was incredible, I cannot fault it. The food, the wine, the rooms, the decor. It was so clean and the service was amazing. The values and ethos of the hotel chain are super. I loved every moment as did my husband and children. The watersports were included daily and they were so well organised too.

Stunning location overlooking the island on a fantastic beach. The hotel and all its staff are simply outstanding. Special thanks to George and Mina at breakfast, but also to our lovely housekeepers and the gardeners who keep the grounds so beautiful and somehow always smiling (working in 32C!) Amazing food too! Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Second visit to an Ikos and next trip already booked! This hotel has amazing restaurants with great staff. The Spanish was great closely followed by the Asian. Beautiful beach and some lovely pool areas. Defo do the boat trip, it’s great fun and the drive to Kos town is easy and takes in a peacock forest. My only moan would be we went in school holidays and the service fell away a bit. Some things oversubscribed or stock/food running out. In fairness everything I pointed out was fixed swiftly by the staff who were super keen too ensure a first class experience. Overall 9.5 out of 10. Just book everyone well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We have just returned home from ikos Aria, the most beautiful place it was so peaceful and relaxing, the staff are so attentive and caring they are what makes this hotel so amazing, the Manager Dimitrios is always around and such a Character he made us feel so special. We enjoyed all the lovely restaurants and the white Party was the highlight dancing on the beach under the moonlight just so special. We will definitely be returning in the near future
