Mythos Suites Hotel

Such a find! We arrived late and traumatised by the disaster that was Jet2holidays car hire to be shown to a lovely apartment with lounge, bedroom, en suite and small kitchenette with a microwave. There were sliding doors to a small patio area overlooking the car park but it was SO quiet. Air con worked well, bed wa extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Maria cleaned everyday despite our saying it wasn’t necessary and did some very creative things with our towels! The restaurant is attached so we had some snacks there on our first night and then fabulous breakfasts every morning. Thank you Sia for finding me some coconut milk! The selection laid out for breakfasts is superb… The pool area is lovely with a bar attached…the bar is our only comment really as the music could be a bit loud. In fact, the music in the restaurant wasn’t to our taste either; shame not to have some Greek music rather than ‘lift music’…..but Tigaki is quite commercialised and this seemed to suit the majority of the tourists. We could easily walk to the beach (and I currently have mobility problems) and out onto the strip of restaurants, bars and shops in the Main Street. We couldn’t fault this accommodation and have nothing but praise for Georgo and his team; Emmanuela, Irine, Sia, Margeurita, Maria and the rest whose names I can’t remember. Efharisto para poli! We will definitely return.

This hotel is excellent. Room service everyday. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sia she was brilliant very attentive always on hand to help, Always smiling and looked forward to her chats, took an interest in everyone. Irini also very helpful. Kostas who served the bar during the day very friendly and too. All staff very good and work very hard to please customers. This reflected in the fact that many people who stayed at the hotel return hear after year as everything is so good. Excellent location very close to the beach wide choice of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Restaurant attached to hotel Vasilis excellent food. Look forward to returning here in the future. Perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

We have been coming to this hotel for several years. On our latest visit they had introduced bed and breakfast where peviously it was self catering so we were not sure what to expect but the breakfast was excellent, so much choice of everything you can imagine. The rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel is in an excellent position on the main road next door to a supermarket and several shops and restaurants, the hotel has it's own restaurant at the front which again is excellent and there is a lovely bakery across the road. The beach is round the corner as is the bus stop into Kos town. So all in all excellent hotel, excellent location.

The Mythos siutes, was home from home, the place has recently been refurbished and I have to say to a very high standard in all aspects of the building inside and out. Beautiful clean pool area, never struggled to get a sunbed, pool bar food was lovely and cocktails fantastic. Vaselis restaurant attached to the hotel serves one of the best dishes in Tigati, the breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. Sia who works in the restaurant also looks after you at breakfast. Sia is one of the most helpful and kind happy lady that always made us feel at home, Sia could not do enough to help and all of staff at Mythos are exactly the same but Sia looked after us more going above and beyond. We will definitely be going there next year.

I absolutely loved this hotel! My two friends and I went on a Mothers break away and this was a perfect base! The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed! Sia, at breakfast was a gorgeous lady and Emma at reception was a dote! All of the staff couldn't be any more helpful. The pool is small, but with hardly any children there, it didn't matter. Note two things. Don't sun lounge near the wall bush -wasps galore and some of the down stairs rooms don't overlook a pool, but the back lawn, which I found a break from the deadly heat! I would 100% return!

Just returned from a great fortnight at the Mythos, can't really think of anything that wasn't 100% I personally think the prices in general down the strip have increased with an evening meal for 2 including wine averaging around €60 as against €45 last year.The Mythos is a great hotel and we met some lovely people who we are hoping to bump into again.who knows !
