Koia All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only

Wow. What a hotel/resort. The location and views are simply stunning, the people are the most friendliest, hospitable and kindest, where they cannot offer enough. Also very professional. We have never been treated so warmly by hotel staff. Myself and my partner have stayed in over 20 5* hotels across Europe, and by far, this is our favorite. It exceeded all expectations. We would class it as 5* plus! We are quite picky, but nothing we can fault. It's also just so clean and the food is just superb - such a variety each evening. Like Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in! The yoga classes are so great too! We feel so good in ourselves and our wellbeing compared to when we first came. It's such great value for money. We are so grateful to the hotel and staff and cannot recommend this resort enough :) thank you so much ❤️ Christine and Craig x

Living room ,bed room with a view ,out door shower and private pool . What more could I ask for . Welcome drinks upon arrival. Spectacular food . Amazing view . Yoga ! The staff were lovely and accommodating. A new hotel that didn’t let me down Will be coming back

This has definitely got to be one of the nicest places I have stayed. Peace and tranquillity. Beautiful rooms and beautiful aesthetics. Everything is pristine. All staff are lovely. The only negative I would say is that food service is slow. One night we had to wait over an hour for our food however everything is made to order and completely fresh. Overall, wonderful stay and would go back.

We’ve just returned from a week’s stay at Koia. It should have been fabulous but unfortunately it wasn’t. It’s advertised as a brand new, 5 star, wellness resort, so our expectations were high. However, it’s clear now that the photos of the hotel that you see on Koia’s instagram page are either computer generated (before the hotel was finished) or taken by influencers. The room was nice but lacked the wow factor and it just wasn’t practical. Small, important details were missing (i.e. no full length mirror, barely any storage, no dressing table, no shelving in bathroom or in the shower(s) to put your toiletries). There was also no welcome drink / plate in the room or turndown service. There were no niceties. The toilet was temperamental and didn’t flush properly + the seating area in the room was hard / uncomfortable and was not somewhere that we used during our stay. The patio areas of the deluxe sea view pool rooms were not private. The photos online are deceiving as this category of room looks like they are secluded and set apart from others. However, you can see your neighbours in the pool and the location of our room meant that the hotel’s golf buggies were parked directly in front of our pool. Staff sat all day in these vehicles scrolling on their phones and chatting to each other + on walkie talkies. We didn’t feel like we had a private area to sunbathe and relax. Management on some occasions would even shout up to us from this area. We felt like we were in a goldfish bowl! Air con in the room was fixed at 22 degrees and there was no way to adjust this. There were no windows which opened in bedroom, so there was no ventilation. It was stuffy and sweaty most nights and difficult to sleep. We paid £200 extra for a private heated pool outside but it didn’t feel warm. It was no different to the main pool which was unheated. Again, we were told that the temperature of our pool was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted. Do not pay extra for this as it’s a money making exercise. The biggest bugbear during our stay was housekeeping. We had to call numerous times a day to ask if we could have our room cleaned despite having a ‘make up room’ sign on the door for hours. Some days housekeeping would turn up as late as 6pm which wasn’t ideal when you had evening trips planned and needed to get ready. It’s not a big hotel and it wasn’t at full occupancy, so we didn’t understand what caused these delays. Housekeeping were reluctant to change bedding, towels and robes + replenish toilet roll, tea and coffee making facilities in the room etc. It became annoying to have to repeatedly ask for essential items. The bedding was never ironed and looked crumpled and scruffy. The dirty mop water was thrown onto our patio once the cleaners had finished which wasn’t nice particularly whilst we were out there sunbathing. Cleaning was substandard. Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel auf Kos war schlichtweg unvergesslich. Von der ersten Sekunde an hat uns die außergewöhnlich schöne, moderne und minimalistische Architektur fasziniert, die durch ihre klaren Linien und harmonische Farbgestaltung eine Atmosphäre von Ruhe und Exklusivität schafft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels mit einem atemberaubenden Weitblick auf das Meer – der Ausblick allein ist den Aufenthalt wert! Dieser Anblick in Kombination mit einem privaten Hot Tub auf unserem Balkon war vor allem im Oktober ein wahrer Genuss und bot perfekte Momente zum Entspannen. Der Service war tadellos. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets aufmerksam, freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch sofort umgesetzt. Das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein, und die aufmerksame Betreuung machten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Der Room Service war ebenfalls exzellent – die Speisen wurden stets frisch und liebevoll angerichtet geliefert und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die herrliche Ganzkörpermassage im Spa-Bereich des Hotels. Die Massage war nicht nur professionell durchgeführt, sondern auch in einer wunderbar entspannenden Atmosphäre, die alle Sinne ansprach. Insgesamt schuf das Hotel eine wundervolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die uns das Gefühl gab, angekommen und bestens umsorgt zu sein. Wer auf der Suche nach einem luxuriösen Rückzugsort ist, wo Service, Komfort und Ästhetik auf höchstem Niveau sind, wird hier im „Koia Wellbeing Resort“ im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes fündig.
