You will be surrounded by nature, but you will also be able to access... o Skiing and snowtubing at Plattekill Mountain – considered a locals’ favorite and a hidden gem for skiing in the Catskills – within 25 minutes; o Cross-country skiing, ice skating, fat biking, and sledding at Mine Kill State Park and Bearpen Mountain (within a half hour drive); o Other Catskills skiing resorts like Belleayre Mountain (45 minutes away) and Windham and Hunter Mountains (both less than an hour away); and o Groceries, restaurants, gas stations, and even a gym offering day passes within a 15 minute drive. In warmer weather, the property transforms into an aquatic haven for activity.
