凌晨4點到酒店，來之前提前和酒店溝通過如果6點前到了就改簽當晚就入住。可結果6點前到酒店被告知沒房沒卡，於是在大廳從4點坐到了8點多，等有了卡才開了房間休息，發現有乾淨的空房，為什麼不能先讓我進去休息，要等到早上，也沒告知訂單有早餐，所以叫了外賣。因為睡得晚所以睡了一天沒有出房間。 第二天續房了一晚，也將這件事的不滿告訴了前台。經理也出面向我致歉，並且送了華住會金卡表示歉意。 南疆行從喀什一路下來都住的全季酒店，下一站吐魯番也定了全季酒店，目前這次體驗是讓我有些失望的。可能我凌晨到，前台小姐姐也困，沒有變通的處理我的問題，我也理解。好在第二天經理安撫了我的情緒，讓人的心情有了好轉。 希望庫爾勒全季越來越好，做到硬軟件、服務全面品牌化。
