The hotel is new. Guests tickets were provided to go around Bodensee with public transport. Very convenient. Bus stopped in front of hotel. And good variety of breakfast.

The beginning wasn't so great. Although we had booked and check-in started at 3 p.m., the room wasn't ready by 6 p.m. We were left waiting at reception for over half an hour until we were finally able to get into the room after asking again after 10 minutes... This could be solved better. Otherwise, the stay and the breakfast were very good....

Nice new hotel. Very clean and great facilities. Breakfast is good but could be improved. Location a bit out of the way but very well connected by public transport. I can recommend it

Bus stop right in front of the hotel for quick access to the city center.
Shortest route by car to Switzerland.
Very nice facilities.
Very friendly staff.
Very good breakfast. ... Could have a bit more fruit and vegetables.
Muesli is great though, with milk, soy milk, lactose-free milk.
Spacious rooms and top-notch technology.

It is newly built hotel and rooms are very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly only negative situation were the weird behaviour of the receptionist when I left the hotel at 19 November evening.

We had a horrible check in experience. The employee on our check in day was very lazy and unfriendly. He didn’t ever greeting us by check in and give us information about the breakfast and the important info that we need during our stay.

Everything is still very new and in tip-top condition. The rooms are not very big, but OK for a city trip. Very nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, good beds (a bit too soft for me personally, but that's totally subjective). Really sumptuous breakfast buffet with a generous selection in a chic atmosphere. The hotel doesn't have its own parking spaces, but there is a parking garage right next door (and you can also park on the street nearby for free).

Our shower was broken and sprayed the ceiling. It was already very damaged and crumbling. The soap in the shower was also empty. We told the lady at the reception and she just laughed.
The parking garage situation was also not very easy to understand. Everything outside was cordoned off. We wanted to pay for our ticket in the parking garage. That was not possible. I then went back to the hotel and it was not possible there either. I was then sent to the hotel next door and after a short wait I found a lady there who could help me. Luckily we were not in a hurry otherwise our departure would have been annoying.
