Numa Konaktepe Hotel - All Inclusive

We’ve been back a week and missing the sunshine. Reading other reviews I was a little nervous but I have to say from the cleaners to reception and all the staff we loved our week they were all friendly and approachable. Pizza guy down at the beach pool could be a bit rude but the pizzas were good. On the whole we had a great time making memories with our family. Photographer was good too. Thank you

Numa Konaktepe I visited this hotel with my partner and our 2 year old 25th Sept - 5th Oct. We had a fantastic time! Our room was on the 6th floor facing the neighbouring school which we found great as had lovely sea views and mountain views. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a brilliant air conditioning unit. The cleaners are absolutely fantastic, and did little personal touches such as tucking my little boys cuddly toys in the covers when making his cot bed up, every day when he seen this he was so excited! Also made sure there was lots of tea and coffee available etc. Room was spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh towels, great service by our fabulous cleaner Duru! Thank you for everything! The restaurant was large with indoor and outdoor seating, staff very helpful and friendly- especially Melek who was such a brilliant personality and very friendly and chatty! Chefs are great, brilliant selection of food - meats, cheeses, salads and fruits for example - and lots of it. Turkish night on Thursdays is fantastic, beautiful grilled vegetables, massive meat selection and authentic traditional dishes, we found this evening particularly outstanding. Breakfast always had freshly made pancakes which was a massive hit for all the kids! There are 5 pools on the complex, of which one was adults only which was super peaceful and chilled with its own bar area serving wine etc. Other pools kid friendly, 2 of the pools are down at the beach area. The beach area is a 10 minute walk, we found it absolutely no trouble at all, and that was pushing a buggy and carrying lots of toys for our little one! There's also a shuttle bus which runs to and from the hotel but honestly we didn't feel the need to use it. The beach is situated over a busy main road but there is a private and well lit underpass which leads you to the beach road - the underpass we found to be safe and clean, and is guarded by hotel security. The beach area is beautiful. 2 pools, and lunch served daily, free as part of all inclusive, fresh pizzas made in a pizza oven - fresh and gorgeous! We did not get the name of the bar man at the beach bar, but wishing we did as he was fabulous at his job! Efficient, friendly and helpful! Private beach area lovely, would recommend spending time at the beach area. All Inclusive brilliant, soft drinks and selected alcohol free from 10am running all day. The main pool had a little food hut which provided free chips and chicken nuggets etc, absolute hit with our toddler! It was impossible to go hungry as they also had a large selection of free cakes and a couple of brands of ice cream each day. Entertainment team are good fun, they really try to get everyone involved - daily darts and water aerobics etc! The kids disco is also good, my 2 year old had an absolute ball every night! The beach is so clean and every time have a food.Bar has many different alcohol,fruit juice and cocktails.They are prepare different foods every day at the restaurant.Entertainment team is very lovely and funny people.Everyday different show and all the time have excited activities.Especially bocce game is so funny and amazing.It is so suitable hotel for the family.We had fun so much.Definetely we can offer all of the people..
