Rigtig godt hotel til pengene
Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice.
værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent.
De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden.

Wat een gastvrijheid ! Lekker eten in het restaurant en allemaal zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt lekker op de kamer bestellen. Zeer ruime kamers, keuken en toilet. Lekker zwembad met ligstoelen of even lekker naar het strand (heel dichtbij) Waar je dan een lekker kokosnoot kan krijgen of een drankje bestellen. Alles later afrekenen in 1 keer bij de receptie met je Visa. Pin automaat zit overigens vlak bij straatje uit naar de grote weg meteen recht bij het tank station. Klein winkeltje bij de receptie of even een 10 min lopen. (uit eten is goedkoper dan zelf doen) Vlak bij de receptie zit een tour guide welke ons mooie plekjes heeft laten zien en welke veel te vertellen heeft, heel goed! Gambia wat een beleving!

Lovely place to relax
We loved staying here. The views, staff, food, pool etc…were all amazing. We didn’t want to leave. The apartment could do with a little tlc but we didn’t spend much time there anyway, just by the pool or soaking up the beautiful beach views

Beautiful hotel with unusable hot water
This is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and a fabulous reviews of the ocean. Our apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. However on arrival we found that the hot water was dark brown in colour and therefore we had no usable hot water. We reported this on Thursday evening and were told a few plumber would come and fix it on Friday morning. We were out all day on Friday and returned to find the problem had not been resolved. We contacted reception again and were told that it would be addressed early on Saturday morning. As no one attended as promised we spoke to yet another person and we’re finally moved to another apartment. It was a lovely apartment but the water was still stained. It was not as bad as the first apartment but. Still stained yellow in colour and therefore unusable. We had no usable hot water during our stay and wasted a lot of precious holiday time trying to sort this out. We gave up at this point as we were leaving on Sunday and didn’t want to waste any more time discussing the problem and getting nowhere. It is sad that such a nice hotel could not sort out this problem during our short stay with one supervisor saying the room had not been occupied recently hence the problem and another saying the room was occupied just before we arrived and there had not been a problem. Someone was lying. Shame on you seafront residences.
We will not be returning to this hotel in future and would not recommend it to others

Wonderful stay in a relaxed environment. Stayed at this Aparthotel for a month as I needed a secure place with all services in place whilst on business. This ticked all the boxes for me. Will definitely stay here for another business trip in The Gambia.
