были 3 мая,хотели провести в колпино выходные,расположение относительно хорошее, убрано нормально как и в любом отеле, не больше не мненьше, отель ставит высокую цену но она не была оправдана,(не надо думать что если дорого то лучше)за таку цену хотелось получить хороший сервис, но нету сервиса, персонал это что то с чем то, на вопрос где можно покушать, "девушка" не отрываясь от своих дел сказала смотрите в интернете, хотя на стойке была брошура из кафе,вместо приветливости и отзывчивости была просто грыбость и не уважение к гостям,по всем вопросам, было ощущение что она нас впустила переночивать, что мы какие то дальние родственники, было очень не приятно к сожалению приехали поздно и понадеялись на рейтинг, на следующий день съехали, нали др. место ,почти в 2 раза дешевле, но душевнее вежлевее и гостеприимнее, очень жалеем что потратили большие деньги за унижение из за хомского и несходительного отношения
