A nicely appointed hotel overlooking the beach in Kollam and near to where the canal flows through the City. We had a lovely suite that overlooked the beach to the rear and the waterway to the front. Plenty of room and well looked after with all the usual amenities for a hotel of this standard. The staff were very helpful and were of great assistance to my husband who now has some limited mobility. The restaurant had a lovely spread at breakfast and the bar overlooking the beach was an added welcome to escape the heat of the day. Nice Mojitos! Thanks to all. A well run establishment. I would return.

I had a problem with the wifi inside my room and no one came to rectify it. Regardless calling them so many times

Good experience room size felt small suggestion should keep some snacks chargeable in room may be fruits, wafers especially customers feeling hungry at night can have this suggestion for hotel

It didn't meet the 5-star hotel range when comes to food(breakfast, no kids play area. But rooms are good
