All staff was not helpful l and food was worst in test also shower or normall connection for water not proper working

Blankets not clean, no hot water in the morning. Rooms and bathroom smells of sewage. Ac remote non-functional

Not recommended for family. The bathroom shower was not properly working, no geyser facilty. The room door was very heavy and opening and closing the door required herculean effort. Family travellers pls avoid staying here. Staff not pleasing

Fairly neat don’t expect too much hospitality like similar hotels in bigger cities. Breakfast has limited choice and takes time for preparation so time yourself accordingly. Bathrooms upkeep and maintenance requires improvement. Ironing board in the room is useless (no sponge on top and legs were dangling) overall an average experience compared to bigger city hotels, but maybe above average/good considering this small town. You may opt for staying.

No running hot water in toilet and despite complaining, no action and only lame excuses. Will not recommend to anyone. We were the only inmates and no proper service.

A/c was not cooling enough in reception area or restaurant or inside the room, no hot water in the bathroom, no tea or coffee maker. Employees were nice and very well behaved. This hotel is more like temporary drinking area. To know more about good hotel and facilities they should stay in some good hotels and feel what the residents are looking for.

No hot water, the kettle was not working, flush was not working, full of dust in the room. Cleaning staff came at 10 pm. Rs 50 charged for extra breakfast consumed.
