Hotel staff was very adamant about check in timings they were taking around 2 hours for cleaning a single rooms a lot of explanation was provided by the staff for the early check-in but not satisfied and sounded rude and not considering about customer rooms and facilities were good but overall an average experience with the hotel management

The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The hotel is elegant but a bit old. It is written on makemytrip trip that they allow zomato and swiggy delivery but they did not allow food from outside or food delivery which made me feel a bit betrayed because it was clearly written on makemytrip that food delivery apps are allowed. Also they said their kitchen is only open till 10:30 pm, i checked in at around 10 and the first thing i had to do was to order food because they won't let me order from outside and kitchen won't serve post 10:30. The food served was ok but expensive. And i believe they can afford better pillows, they were not up to current standards. And please stop this check in and check out system, why can't it be on a 24 or 23 hour basis. That is just infuriating for someone checking in at night.
