Your service is very bad. Not understand customers problem they are using badly all customers weakness. They are cut our booking and didn't gave room they asked show your marriage certificate, picture of marriage. We many requests but he not agree to gave me room without marriage certificate. And after than he said book two rooms for marriage couple extra 1200 charge. My money is totally west. Next time we can not tolerate this behaviour

Facilities of the lodge are unhygienic. The management did not provide us even hot water for bathing, unsatisfactory hospitality. . Unhygienic facilities. Unsatisfactory hospitality.

Unhelpful staff and no manners in decent talking. Bad location, unable to take in four-wheeler vehicle to the hotel. Have to walk with luggage half a km to reach. No food inside serve, not water, towel, soup or else. Too bad experience

The experience is terrible. We have booked the room for 3 adults but the room is having single accomodation. No geyser no soap no drinking water or sanitiser.

1) The location was difficult to find
2) The room was not well ventilated 3)Soap and Towel were not provided, after requesting they provided only a dirty towel.
4)No blanket was provided initially, after requesting they provided a dirty blanket which created a breathing problem.
5) The room mat was so dirty that I couldn't clean it up.
6) No mug was kept in the bathroom
7)No food crockery was supplied even after requesting
8)After all these the owner demanded money for tips 😄😄😄

A decent stay near sealdah station. Don't expect much facilities at this price point. However rooms are clean and stuffs are well behaved. The locality is having a vegetable market so a bit filthy and smelly. But once you reach the guest house it's all neat and clean.

It's like home you don't need to worry that you're away from home. Staff are friendly and room are well maintained. Washroom is clean and overall it was good staying here
