Itc royal bengal is so good. The property is huge. So beautiful. The people working are so polite and helpful. I went with my family. Have a very good time. Enjoyed it a lot.

Hotel emirates is one of the best properties to stay in kolkata that i have ever experienced. The most important and prominent part of the property is, it is very safe and clean as well the banquet in the hotel is fully satisfied with nice and yummy food. Its much good to stay in emirates. The property is located at a very convenient point. Park street, new market and other tourist places like indian museum is nearby (10-15 minutes walk. They have dining facilities and the staffs are polite. The rooms are a little bit small, but they maintain it properly. Overall the experience was really good.

Staff behaviour was very rude. Room service is worst. They don’t have car parking. Breakfast was horrible

Location and hotel is good. I stayed at top floor, room size is about 300 sq-ft but ac is only 1 ton there. This one ton ac is not sufficient for this room. Whole nights i suffered of heat wave. Besides this issue otherwise good.

The location and overall service of the hotel is top notch! one of the best stays if someone is looking for a place around new market area. Only downside for us was there's no mini fridge in the room, which as far as i remember i found on my previous stay. Hotel authority can consider this to elevate their user experience.
