The room was good at this price range. The bathroom was just awesome fully cleaned and fully hygienic. But what i look for most is their behaviour. Fully tension free check-in. Awesome staff behaviour. They were fully helpful to you. You can ask anything from them if available they will provide it to you. You will feel like you are a guest to them, they serve like that

Actually the room was not available as i hv booked, so they have arranged a room' with an aluminum panel partition. This is not good.

The service and behaviour of the staff at the reception were excellent, the only problem faced was that there needed to be windows in the room. The washroom cum toilet was clean. Overall, a nice and warm experience.

Hotel was good and the caretaker there was also very helpful but i had problem taking taxi from the hotel locality it was not available so i u are in a hurry then u should leave early.

If, someone wants a peaceful stay they can choose lake land. Staff behavior also nice. There are no kitchen n that's y people have to go somewhere outside for food. But if some wants at hotel they are providing a person who will brings yr order to u from outside. I'm satisfied.

i recently stayed at lake land guest house in lake town, kolkata for 4 days. I was very impressed with the guest house and would highly recommend it to others. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a tv, and a wi-fi connection. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff at lake land guest house were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to go the extra mile to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location of lake land guest house was also very convenient. It was close to the belgachi metro station, which made it easy to get around the city. The guest house was also located in a quiet and peaceful area, so it was a great place to relax. Overall, i had a wonderful stay at lake land guest house. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful and affordable place to stay in kolkata. I don’t have pictures
