⚠️ Avoid this store – aggressive owner, illegal behavior, and false accusations! I visited a supermarket in close to the hotel (the one right next to blackout cocktail bar and resturant) and bought a beach ball that literally fell apart within a few days. When I politely asked for a refund or exchange – as is my legal right under EU and Greek consumer law – the shopkeeper exploded in anger. He yelled at me publicly, refused to replace the defective item, and then falsely accused my mother of throwing the product at his head – a completely made-up story to cover up his illegal refusal to cooperate. He threatened to call the police and said he would “go crazy”. We stayed calm the entire time whilst him and the other coworkes behaved awfully. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a tourist. Shame on the owner for treating customers this way – especially while flying a “no refunds” sign, which is illegal under Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 1999/44/EC. Avoid the same mistake we did and shop at another place!

Celebrating our honeymoon at Galini Palace was the best decision we made. The romantic ambiance, coupled with the luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We particularly loved the private dining experience under the stars!

we had a very nice stay at the hotel, we were there for 12 days. the pool bar was amazing and the barman and barwoman were very hard working and nice to us. the snacks are very freshly made and the main restaurant had every day different foods. the food was traditional greek cuisine and mediterranean. we recommend it. we will come back next year!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Galini Palace Hotel! The pool area is simply fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless thanks to the hardworking cleaning team, and the food was delicious with a great variety each day. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. Highly recommended — I can’t wait to come back!

Staff is very rude, no information up on arrival. Pool music is so loud and horrible, ******** rap and hardcore house, that it disturbed the whole hotel. Staff get agressiv and angry this hotel is a nightmare. Food is ok at best, location and view is wonderful, so could be a great hotel. Noi water slide despite pictures of water slides. This is a 1 star hotel.

My husband and I chose Galini Palace for our honeymoon and were blown away by everything. We booked one of the rooms with a private pool and sea view — it was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless and decorated with rose petals when we arrived, which made it so special. The hotel staff brought us complimentary champagne and fruit on our first night. We also booked a couples massage at the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. Every evening, we dined on the terrace, watching the sun set over the sea. We felt like royalty the entire week and can’t thank the team enough for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

The hotel was really nice, pool area was amazing (many sunbeds, large pool, nice view to the ocean). The food was overall great! The breakfast was basic but not bad. The room was nice and modern. Also the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only thing what was disappointing was when we wanted to book an appointment to the head spa - they thought that we were in another hotel. That was confusing and we didn't want to book it anymore. But overall great holiday! The bus schedules are incorrect. We waited like an hour the bus. Sometimes it showes up or not😂 This place is perfect when you want to just relax and enjoy a nice sunny weather.
