We booked the loft unit with a toilet but without an attached bath. The room is clean and well equipped. The bath/onsen area is a short walk away. They have a public onsen and about 6 private onsen rooms. U can use the private onsen anytime when it's available. The plus is the private onsen which is nice and quite clean although the water is not perfectly clear. the minus is that the nearest convenience store is about 20 mins drive.

I went to the front desk to borrow scissors to return to the pack box in the room, but was refused because a guest used scissors to cut his veins and committed suicide. I immediately asked if it was my room, but the front desk staff did not answer. She only asked me to take my things to the front desk to tidy up. The room was outdoors, about 5 minutes away from the front desk, and it was raining tonight. I had a lot of things to tidy up and I could not get wet, so I refused. Finally, she sent someone to the room to take the scissors to watch me until I returned the scissors on the spot. I am very dissatisfied

I made a reservation with breakfast and dinner included. The hostess welcomed me at the reception and was impressed with the home-cooked meals 😊 Located within Kokonoe National Park, it was a great place for outdoor enthusiasts. The handmade buildings and sleeping quarters in the train cars were fun. I'd like to go again.

Amazing facility with kind staff that is always willing to help. The room was spacious and there was everything we needed. The bath was perfectly warm with stunning views. Even our toddler was offered a suitable breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic en kind stay.

This is a small hot spring village. Bailong is a cultural hotel. The open-air hot springs and family hot springs are very good. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and varied. You can eat traditional Japanese cuisine here. The service staff is very thoughtful.

The hotel has free parking, we are self-driving and the vehicle management is orderly. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the Japanese cuisine is delicious. Soak up the hot springs, make a cup of tea, and wash away the tiredness of the day. The surrounding nine major suspension bridges are the longest and tallest bridge in Japan and are worth a look.

If it is not self-driving, it should be very inconvenient. I really feel what it feels like to not have a shop in front of the village. The nearest supermarket takes 30 minutes to drive. If you have a big appetite, you must remember to bring something to eat. The environment is OK. It’s still very good to stay in the room in a daze, the private soup bubble is very comfortable
