Amazing private pool area with perfect view on the beach. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, selection changes day by day. The interior was decent. We enjoyed our short time there.

Great location, quiet place, next to the beach, nice beach, recommended for who are looking for swimming in the sea,I was selected pool access room that was great room, large area with the big bath tub and easy to assess to the pool, in this hotel have 2 swimming pools that comfortable for family or group of friends, staffs all friendly and helpful.

The good: my room was very clean, modern, great condition, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, great shower, good toiletries, robes and slippers provided. Housekeeping came daily. View of the beach from room was very nice. Free shuttle to Lamai city. Some stores, bars, restaurants within walking distance plus lots more available in the city via the free shuttle. The hotel doesn’t allow lounge chairs to be reserved before a certain hour so you don’t have to worry about every seat being taken before the sun is up. The bad: they advertise having a private beach and I paid a premium to be on the beach but this beach is disgusting. A dumping ground for plastic bottles and other trash. The hotel does seemingly nothing to maintain it. There are elevators but they go to half floors so there is no way around taking stairs which is a pain in the heat and if you have luggage. Breakfast didn’t have enough continental breakfast options - that’s just a personal preference. Also much of the breakfast buffet has no covers and there are gnats buzzing around the food. Little bugs and ants everywhere around the pool area. Pool not particularly clean.

Very nice facility, located at the end of Lamai beach. The location is very quiet and is ideal for those seeking a little relaxation. We stayed in a direct pool room and it was very clean. Very soft sheets, a peculiarity of the structure is that they have eliminated the plastic. The spa is very well cared for, I had a really rejuvenating Thai massage. But the choice was really very large. The breakfast is very good, but not very customizable (they offer a choice of menu with American, international and Thai breakfast). The staff was really helpful in solving our every need. It is also possible, using a transfer service, to reach the other structure, located in the internal part of Lamai. Really recommended!

Спокойный и тихий отель. Прекрасный номер , очень стиль , чисто и уютно. Часто бывает сам владелец отеля. Гости в основном французы. Персонал невероятно позитивный и очень внимательный к своим гостям. Было очень приятно , когда в День рождения поздравили меня , устроив неожиданный для меня сюрприз— украсили номер цветами , пирожное со свечей и тарелка фруктов. Когда я входил в номер , персонал , увидев меня с улицы , громко аплодировал. Было неожиданно и трогательно :) Спасибо ! Вернусь сюда обязательно.
