Hotel Bintang 4 Koh Samui Populer

I recommend this hotel! Their service is good. I have made a request to put happy birthday banner in our room coz its a surprise for my husband and they made it happen. Thank you 🙏🏻  Somethings for improvement: The internet connection in the room is intermittent. I think the kettle and sofa need replacement/ new upholstery already.  And maybe a bigger tv. Coz the room is big but the tv is tiny. Maybe better options for the breakfast buffet.  But our overall stay with Sarann was great. And yes, I will book it again if we return to Samui.

+ Lovely location, not far from the main part of the city by motorbike. The beach outside the hotel is very shallow and clean! great for a morning swim. Other hotels can be found along the beach in the same area..just saying. BUT, here is the huge let down with this hotel. - Blood stains were found on the bed sheets on the first night, so had to request a change of sheets immediately. A couple of days later, my ENTIRE back and shoulders was covered with BED BUG bites. I had to see a dermatologist immediatelt because I was afraid, and they confirmed it was due to bed bugs at the hotel. After 5 days, the spots on my back and arms are still not recovered, truly disgusting experience. My arms arent as bad as my back! Also, just before checking out of hotel on my way to the airport at 7am, the hotel accused me of not paying 4000THB for a trip I apparently didnt pay, which was a complete lie and now I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam. I paid all trips with credit card on the first hour of checking in at the hotel, all proof of payments are on my bank statement. The security guard would not let my taxi leave the hotel and called the police. I ended up leaving, because I had proof of payment on my bank statement. The hotel were proven wrong, but did not apologise to me for all the accusations. Would I book at casa de mar again? If it wasnt for the last few days, I would...but after this experience...**** that😄 book another hotel along the beach, cheaper prices, same experience.

Excellent stay, beautiful pool with sea view, amazing sunset view at the shore. The service is outstanding, very polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and the food was also excellent. We enjoyed the stay and will be looking forward for to visiting again. The location is quiet, perfect for family, couples and honeymooners, very peaceful however not many entertainment around especially during weekdays, unlike Chaweng area which is busy in the evening with many beach clubs and bars. So if you’re looking for peaceful holiday, enjoy the beach and the sun this hotel is highly recommended.

Absolutely loved it! We got an upgrade to Villa and this was a quite an experience. Big bed, bathtub, balcony , peace, all you need. Breakfast was amazing and they provide scooters to rent! If I knew this I would definitely come here earlier! Thanks you!

It was supposed to stay 3 days but we loved the hotel and stay for more 6 days. Amazing place, amazing staff and just in the beach. Highly recommended.

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Passage on Samui. The hotel and Staff are truly excellent and do everything to make sure that your stay is as perfect as possible. All Staff on the hotel was fantastic but Cat and Ben in the restaurant was just further fantastic – catering to all our needs and just very pleasant company to be around and enjoy some small talk with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ”villa” with a private pool and that was simply just perfect for our family vacation, we had a small ”kitchen” / lounge area besides the 2 bedrooms, where the kids often had dinner from room service. The private pool is not very large, but it was very easy and nice for the kids to quickly jump into the pool and when we wanted more the hotel offered 3 large pools on the hotel grounds. The hotel is right on the beach and right in front of the hotel the beach is clear of rocks and coral. - There are corals to both sides of the hotel and further out as well, which makes this beach very protected. When we stayed at the hotel the tide was out most of the day, which made the beach very shallow and not good for swimming, so for beach swimming we had to get up and complete this in the mornings. Everything about this hotel we will highly recommend, both for families with kids, but also for adults seeking a nice, relaxed vacation - there are plenty of room for both at the same time. The hotel is a bit away from everything else, so some kind of private transportation is highly recommended.

I really liked the hotel. It was quiet, the room and balcony were spacious, the staff were friendly and the general atmosphere was very good. My one criticism is that the dividers between the balconies don’t fully cover the space between the balconies. It would be better for privacy and noise control if there was a dividing wall between them. Overall, I would stay again and I recommend this hotel.

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

Beautiful resort quite near central part of Chaweng (10 mins walk) to your right, we discovered if you turn left there is also a lot of shops and restaurants, and closer. This is the best stretch of beach in chaweng too. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool beachfront villa, hands down the best accommodation of all of chaweng! Unforgettable!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Lovely room very comfortable bed top quality. The whole place is immaculate, beautiful pools and gardens. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, and prices were very reasonable. Two happy hours one by the main pool 3 until 5. The other at the beach bar 5 to 7. Lovely position just a five minute walk on the beach to Fisherman's village. Will definitely go back, very highly recommend.
