I stayed at Samui Verticolor and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent, close to Chaweng beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are clean, colorful, and comfortable, with decent amenities for the price. The pool area is nice for relaxing, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi could be a bit patchy at times, and breakfast options were limited. But for the value and location, it’s definitely a solid choice in Samui. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)

I had bad experiences in this hotel. Staff hotel tried to open my room at 6 am in the morning!!!! He knock the door too loud and use a spare key to open the door. I heard this happen and shocked that ***! is he doing. He said it was wrong room??? WHAT? but it was early in the morning!! The next day, a housekeeper open my room again without knock the door and don’t see that I put "No Distrub" sign hang in door knob. (This was around 6pm) I was resting. She said she forgot to bring me a new towel when she clean the room… This was not impress at the hotel staff at all. I have to review my experience and I will not go back to this hotel again anymore.

⚠️⚠️ This hotel was where we stayed for the last 3 days in Thailand. It was a very pleasant experience, but on the last day, something very surprising happened. During our 3-day stay, the front desk was not cleaned at all, and there was no request. However, when we check out it happened, they said, "Please wait 5-10 minutes and the room will be checked." We were even more surprised, and the three days of us tried to leave our room as clean as possible and as clean as we had originally gotten it. However, they said, "You broke our mirror." (It was the wardrobe mirror.) We didn't notice because we didn't use it at all. They even attacked us and demanded 3,500 baht. When we said, "We didn't do it," they said “We will call the police” and tried to scare us. We said ok. But they never called. We were supposed to leave Samui for Bangkok at 2 o'clock, so we waited for the police for an hour and they didn't show up. When we said we didn't do it, they said you did it, now pay. And then we asked for proof that we did it. After that the most surprising thing was that the picture of the room we were shown looked like it was taken at night. I tell you all, check your room very carefully!!! Even though we were very upset, We paid. So disappointed…❗️❗️❗️

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was quite center and easily accessible to other attractions on the island with loads of restaurants around in 5-10 mins walkable distance! The room was impeccable with good AC, great bed, good fridge and all needed amenities. Overall for Thailand a 10 out of 10!

Small hand towels should be provided in the bathroom! Water could not drain properly inside the shower! The staff were friendly though! The lady at the tour counter was especially helpful with excellent service!

Counter service staff gentleman was prompt and helpful. The pool & gym was a plus point though relatively compact. Walking distance to Chaweng beach approximately 10m. Room quite spacious but the bed seems not so clean as have bites all over. Aircon was cold which is good. However upon check-in, many rules and regulations to abide. Thus even the housekeeper forgot to place the glass bottled water, you have to remind them to do so else charges may apply if the emptied bottles missing. Overall, budget for long stay at Samui.

Great price-quality ratio! Close to the city center and the beach (like 10-15 min walking). Good breakfast, great swimming pool. Basic room with a smell of humidity, but quite normal in these countries. For the price paid and the stay a couple of hours in the room, it's fine.
