Great little hotel close to the airport. Nothing fancy, but exactly what we needed for an overnight stay

Pretty close to the airport even if you go walking, the owner is a sweet Thai woman.

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport and that it is, you can literally walk from there. The room is spacious and there’s a balcony, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive. I was rather horrified to find a multitude of urine stains on and under the toilet seat, which raises the question of hygiene with anything else in the room. The hand soap was already open and in a bowl, for all I know somebody else might have applied it on their private parts while showering before my stay. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser in the shower are set up in such a way that pressing the button makes the thing fall off the wall. The tap knob fell apart too. There’s also zero soundproofing so you’ll be hearing whatever’s going on outside really well, especially planes. This hotel doesn’t appear to be run in a professional manner, and I don’t recommend it.

Okay hotel but 2 things i did not like. The road to it is closed which results in a 10 minute round drive to reach it and the balcony could not be closed! So basically everybody can enter from the balcony! Didn't feel safe 100%

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The place was sold as near Chaweng beach, it is out in farmland. There are no buses, taxis, motorbike drivers out there. It backs onto the runway the noise from flights late night and early morning is terrible. There is a farm next door with cockerele crowing all night. There wete no staff when I arrived, NONE Another guest helped me to the room. The rooms are filthy and inside are locked with a shed latvh. There is a huge gap between the doors anyone could open it while you sleep. I left after the first night. I asked to negotiate some money back but they wouldn't. I left anyway.

I arrived late at the airport, so I chose a hotel close to the airport, and Google Maps said it was a 15-minute walk, but there was no road on the shortest route, so it took nearly 20 minutes to make a detour. In addition, there are few streetlights at night, and the roads are sandy and have no sidewalks, so it is difficult to carry a carry-on bag. The staff are nice, but they don't speak English. It's a shame that there was no hot water in the shower. There are few shops nearby, so it's difficult to find something to eat.

Awful backwater, I don't recommend anyone to rent anything in this area, there are planes flying nearby and the roar of the transport and the plane is terrible. The hotel and room are a rare piece of crap, not worth the money. Just trust and try to avoid these conditions. It's better to find something affordable and comfortable in the south of Chaweng. I'm not a capricious girl but an adult man and I was terribly uncomfortable, it was impossible to sleep, as if I were on a bunk. I won't even mention the bathroom, there is no refrigerator.

Good place, conveniently located, not far from the shopping center and the street with restaurants and entertainment. The room is spacious and clean, the linen is pleasant. Most of all I liked the panoramic doors due to which there is a lot of light, in front of the room there was a table and chairs, you could sit and work comfortably. Good fast Wi-Fi. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Very hospitable owner, all requests were promptly responded to.

Very good service. The hotel owner is very kind and friendly to both Thais and foreigners. If I have a chance, I will go back to stay again. 👍🥰

Very well located because close to the airport, for an early flight, you can even go there on foot. But the people at the hotel kindly took me. The wifi works very well. No breakfast and no catering from what I understood however there was a kettle and dehydrated coffee available

About 14 rooms with private bathroom, this hotel is the closet one to USM with its fence next to the airport. The room quality is average snd comforts my stay for overnight before haeding back to the airport without difficulty. If you havs only backpack , small luggage, you can be offered a ride to the airport by the hotel owner. Even big luggiage, please arrange with the staff in advance. The room has its own balcony with. Hanging rail for drying my washed cloths. TV is analog but in good funtion , air conditioner is very good function . A little bit noise from the street in very early morning , and noise from the airport for taking off and landing of busy airtraffuc till 21:00pm. Price is very valued for my stay, location is not too bad walking distance to Chaweng lake, Central Samui departmentstore , but about 2km to chaweng beach.. on weekend, there is nightmarket and walking street at Caweng lake.
