The service was very poor. There was no smile during the whole check-in process. It was as if the guests could not be seen. Then, even though Ctrip had booked it, they still charged room fees as if they didn't know. Well, we thought it was a deposit. Then, although the room is a tent, it is very small and does not have 44 square meters at all. It can only be 38 square meters indoors at most. The outdoor temperature is so high that it cannot be used. The toilet and shower are extremely hot outside! The anti-mosquito system of the tent was very poor at night, and I got bitten by more than a dozen! I can only say that more than 1,600 per night is really not worth the price! Eight hundred is capped! This is the environment! In addition, we added two breakfasts for breakfast, but when you go in, you will find that a single order is cheaper than two breakfasts at your home! Instantly feel trapped! And the breakfast is terrible. There is no buffet at all. They only put two kinds of fruits for you. I won't come next time, so I can only experience the freshness of the tent, which is so hot!

Nous avons réservé une villa deluxe avec piscine privée et ça en vaut vraiment la peine. Logement très propre et vraiment très beau. L’hôtel est situé à 2 minutes d’une très grande plage et c’est un hôtel only adults donc très calme. Une petite info, ils prennent une caution cash de 2’000.- baths.

We would recommend staying in the private pool villa. Spacious and cool even during the hot afternoon. The tent-villa could be unbearably hot, especially at noon. The staff is helpful and friendly. We want to make a special mention to Niel and Phuo for great hospitality shown to us. The onsite restaurant, Passo offers good food and service. Maenam Beach is a nice beach and only a short walk away. Maenam Chinatown is also nearby. Overall, a great experience for us at Koh Samui.

If you like Ko Samui ,this is probably the best resort of the island. Large discreet villa with private pool, no neighbors to disturb you 😀 the beach is very close with semi-direct access (secure door) from the villa to the beach. Every evening, there is a singer at the bar to have a good evening.

This place was just an absolute dream. My partner and I arrived after a few crazy days in Bangkok, arrived at the hotel super early and they were still happy to accomodate us. They secured our luggage, checked us in and we were welcomed to change and utilise the pool for as long as we needed which we had to ourselves whilst we waiting for our room. The hotel is literally next to the beach. It's less than a 2min walk literally at the end of the lane. The rooms themselves are beautiful and the aircon was faultless! Yes, you do get a few mosquitos but that is exactly what the nets are for, once we closed the nets we didn't get bitten overnight at all. As long as you keep the doors closed the mosquitos for us were minimal. The huts were very very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the bed was so soft and comfortable, we had the best sleep of our whole trip here. There is entertainment in the bar pretty much every evening and the espresso martinis' are definitely worth checking out. They offer room service too via whatsapp which was so quick and efficient, each hut has a doorbell at the gate to maintain privacy so all you need to do it head to the gate of your hut to greet! Overall, this was by far the best booking we made on our trip. So quiet, undisturbed by any traffic noise, clean, cosy with the beach on the doorstep and very friendly and accomodating staff. We will 100% be checking back in next time we come back to Thailand. I will never get bored of showering at night time under a banana tree looking at the sky.

I booked directly with the hotel and paid a 50% deposit. Unfortunately, I didn't get a room confirmation. We should have paid another 50%... which we didn't do. The hotel is not trustworthy. They still owe us a lot of money. We are currently in a legal dispute with the hotel.

We had a lovely and relaxing ‘Glamping’ stay at Khwan Beach Resort Ko Samui. The airconditioned Tents felt cozy, did have all the comfort of a deluxe room and the outdoor bathrooms were bounding us to nature - whether in sun or rain (-;. The pool was fab, a quiet and beautiful beach just around the corner. Breakfast and dinners at Passa Restaurant are delicious, and there were even soothing evening live musicians. Relaxing Massages by skilled therapists. Friendly staff. What more to ask for?
