Lobby โรงแรมอยู่บนเนินเขา วิวสวยมากๆ มี welcome drink สดชื่นเสิร์ฟเมื่อมาถึง -ห้องพัก วิวสวย คลาสสิคสมชื่อ เตียงดูดวิญญาณ amenity ในห้องเป็น Byredo กลิ่นหอมมากๆ ห้องน้ำมีทั้งอ่างและ rain shower มีบางจุดอาจจะเก่าบ้างแต่ก็ไม่ได้สกปรก -สระว่ายน้ำ ที่ได้ไปใช้บริการคือสระริมหาดและสระข้างห้องอาหาร วิวสวยทั้งสองที่ ได้ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดินเต็มตา มีผ้าขนหนู ครีมกันแดดและน้ำดื่มฟรีบริการ แต่หาดริมสระจะค่อนข้างไกลจากห้อง ต้องใช้บริการบัคกี้ไปรับส่ง อาจมีบางช่วงที่รอคิวบ้าง แต่ไม่ได้นานมาก -ห้องอาหารเช้า อาหารหลากหลาย เบเกอรี่อร่อย พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม -กิจกรรมในโรงแรมมีทั้งพายคายัค ดำน้ำ คายัคพายฟรี1ชม. สามารถไปใช้บริการได้ที่บีชใต้ฟิตเนส -ที่ต้องชมเชยคือบริการดีเยี่ยมทุกพื้นที่ พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม และตั้งใจให้คำแนะนำและพร้อมบริการตลอด ครั้งนี้เราโน๊ตว่ามาเป็นทริปวันเกิดย้อนหลังหลาน ก็ได้บริการเค้กและจัดห้องเป็นพิเศษไว้ให้ หลานชอบมากๆขอบคุณมากครับ มีข้อติบางอย่างเช่น ห้องพักแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น แม้จะปรับแอร์เต็มที่และปิดม่านแล้ว และกลางคืนไม่เย็นจนนอนห่มผ้าไม่ได้ เราแจ้งซ่อมไป3ครั้ง มีช่างมาซ่อมทุกครั้ง และพนักงานได้ offer การย้ายไปห้องใหม่ให้ ซึ่งอีกห้องก็ไม่ได้เย็นเหมือนกัน 😂 กับอีกเรื่องคือโดนแซงคิวรถบัคคี้ที่ลานจอดรถถึง2 ครั้ง ควรจัดคิวให้ดีกว่านี้ครับ เพราะรอคิวนานมากและโดนแซงคิวทำให้ญาติเราไม่ค่อยพอใจ โดยรวมคือประทับใจเรื่องการบริการและการเข้าพักครับ แต่ถ้าโรงแรมปรับเรื่องข้อบกพร่องที่รีวิวไว้จะดีมากครับ

The hotel is on the mountain. You can call a battery car to go out. It is very convenient. The service staff is also very polite. The sea view in the lobby is quite shocking. The sea water is also very clear and calm. The hotel is old, but the facilities are well maintained and can be used normally. The hair dryer is a Dyson. The sea view outside the room is a little blocked. I am not satisfied. I asked the front desk to show me another room. The view is the same. Later, I saw that the upgraded room type has a good visual effect, but it costs about 3,000 yuan per night. I really think it is expensive and unnecessary, so I did not upgrade to the original room. I looked at it. The whole hotel is that there are a few rooms in the main building with unobstructed sea views. The other cabins on the mountain are basically more or less blocked. The club room suite is booked. There is afternoon tea from 1:00 to 3:00 every afternoon, and drinks and some snacks from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening. There are also vegetable salads and salted ham slices. If you have a small appetite, you can eat enough snacks and don’t need to go to dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages are available at other times. Time was limited, so I stayed for two nights. On the first night, I booked a restaurant next to the beach and watched the sunset. The pizza and pasta I ordered tasted better than I expected, better than the pizza restaurant with handsome Italian guys near Chaweng Central Department Store I ate the first two days. The hotel is located in a place where you can watch the sunset.

First, it is very far away. It takes more than an hour to get there by taxi from Kimpton, and 40 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Second, when I checked in on the first day, I arrived early, around 12:30 noon. The front desk asked me to rest and said that I needed to clean the room. The check-in time was 3 o'clock. I understood. But foreigners arrived one after another, and several pairs of guests just rested for a while before the front desk led them into the room. Then I asked the front desk again, and the front desk still insisted on 3 o'clock. I don't know if this behavior is treated differently. Third, after one day of check-in, on the second day, my companions and I had a lot of itchy lumps on our legs. It felt that the bed was not clean, similar to mites.
