Excellent service, friendly staff I wish I could stay there forever.

This hotel is amazing! The stuff thinks about everything, all was perfect! 7/11 near, many restaurants and massage places.

The grounds are beautiful and well worth the 5 star rating. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly. The deluxe superior room, on the other hand , was heavy , poorly lit, outdated, with only one electric outlet not being used for lamps and TV. The toilet can not flush toilet paper. The food at the restaurant was meh. The chicken in the pad Thai was too hard and dry to chew. The beach was heaven.

The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel! The pool is incredible and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way but if you just want to hang out at the resort, it is more than equipped to keep you busy and/or relaxed (gym, pool, spa, beach). There is a cute little street right next to it with tons of great restaurants (Monsoon was amazing!) and that street leads to a huge beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone, but couples and families in particular.

Very nice hotel, with an incredible private beach. The resort is big and located in the middle of a hill, so a golf cart is needed to take you to your room. The rooms are not modern but are very comfortable. The staff is kind and the service is good.

Good location, next to the beach. A bit too dependent on the buggy car to move around between the different facilities, room and entrance, depending on where you stay, but overall a very good experience. Breakfast is not too varied but good enough and with a very nice view (picture attached).

Beautiful view complimented with convenient amenities and neighboring shops with all your needs. It is a bit secluded but quite and serene. There’s a beach within walking distance and it’s very clean and unbothered. Highly recommend.

A very nice and relaxing hotel

This hotel is located on the side of the Thong Nai Pan Beach on a hill. This beach is "divided" between several resorts, and there are also several cafes on the shore. The hotel has a small dedicated beach area with sun loungers and a descent to it from the resort territory. The location is quite remote and quiet. Next to the hotel is a street with shops and cafes, stretching from the entrance to the hotel to one of the entrances to the beach area. To get to other places, you will need transport. I did not need it for three nights in this hotel. The territory is well-groomed, green, a large variety of vegetation. Good infinity pool, with some lack of sun loungers. The hotel has a good restaurant (or rather, several with the same menu). Delicious, although not cheap. In any case, I recommend evaluating the level of cuisine in the restaurant, I liked it. I liked the room. In good condition. Both the style and the decor, quite a few elements similar to hand-made wood. You can connect via Bluetooth to the sound system (located next to the TV) and listen to your music. I recommend taking the top floor - there is a canopy above it and a better view. On lower floors, it will flood when it rains. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Breakfasts are also very good, you will definitely not leave hungry. In general, the hotel reminded me of Sri Panwa in Phuket, only there were also swimming pools right on the balcony, but I involuntarily associated it with it. I liked the staff, there were no problems with them. After leaving for Samui, the transfer from the boat took me to another hotel, which is nice. I ordered the transfer at the reception, it is cheaper than a local taxi. In summary, I recommend this hotel, 2-3 nights, no less.

The hotel is far from the pier, but the environment is quiet. The facilities are very complete and there are canoes. The room is clean and has a terrace, but the hot and cold water for showering is a bit difficult to control. But a very cost-effective hotel!
