Bluerama - Adults Only

All taxi’s that we took throughout our stay refused to go up the hill and drop us at the bottom. We had 4 bags so I call the hotel 3 times asking if they could come down, twice they said ‘yes’ then on the 3rd call they said ‘no taxi’s just walk’ after been waiting there for ages we had to walk up the steepest hill with 4 bags, this was very dangerous !! The only way is to rent a ped, however they don’t have a lot and they run out quickly so we couldn’t get one. Pool was dirty. Food & drinks are ridiculous expensive. I booked and paid for sea view room, which we didn’t get. I questioned it to the staff and they said ‘this is our sea view’ when there is not one bit of sea view in sight. This is false advertisement and very misleading. The staff said I need to wait till 6 when the manager comes back, which we did but ending up bumping into her later that evening. When I showed her a picture of our view and my booking confirmation she said ‘this is our sea view’ I replied saying but there’s no sea? And she was rude and was telling me to cancel the room then, which she knew wasn’t possible as it was very late at night and not another option. I paid extra for sea view and she wouldn’t even consider refunding me a small amount that I paid for the view. When I told her ‘this is misleading’ she replied saying ‘well write a review then ‘ which is what I’m doing. There was lizards infested in our room, we called staff from outside to get rid and he gave up spray to kill them, even though the hotel is supposed to be animal friendly ? The bathrooms are disgusting and the door didn’t lock the whole time. When we got there we told the staff we have a flight and boat to catch early in the morning and we need to leave by 7 and they told us they book us a cab, by this time no one was up the reception,bar and pool doesn’t open till 9 so we couldn’t even check out and our cab wasn’t there.

Loved this place the views were just incredible best sunset we’ve seen! Staff were super lovely, food was great although all vegan, our room was ok nothing fancy, bed very comfy, bathroom could do with some work but the view from our balcony was out of this world! Lots of dogs and cats around the hotel very well looked after and friendly. The hotel is on a very steep hill however the staff always sorted us taxis. Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel I was in heaven! Greeted by the owners beautiful dogs ❤️ who are so well behaved and friendly. The room was lovely, and we had one day where the air conditioning wasn't working too great, we mentioned it to the staff, and within a few hours we had a whole brand new air conditioning system fitted! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the laundry service which is available was really good. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the owner himself made an effort to come snd say hello whenever he was passing. It was my partners birthday while we were there, and they came out with a little cake singing happy birthday to him. So lovely! The views here are breathtakingly beautiful, like nowhere else I have ever stayed. The infinity pool is a lovely touch to the bar area, and seems like it is really popular with outsiders from the hotel also. So if you aren't lucky enough to stay here, you can pay entry to use the amenities and savour the stunning view and wonderful service. The food is absolutely beautiful also, and has very much a French influence which was very nice. This hotel is very central for both sides of the island, and with a scooter, you can explore the whole island from here. This has been my favourite stay in any country/island/hotel to date, and we are already planning booking our next stay in this stunning accommodation ❤️

Lovely views but terrible rooms! The pool up the top is lovely but very dirty and needed a clean! The room was very basic and air conditioning didn’t even work, we were both sweating all night. The room was covered in ants where they came through the bathroom The bathroom was awful and didn't have any vents or much drainage for the water to escape when having a shower. The food in the bar is also very expensive and only offer guest 10% off. When arriving at the hotel it wasn’t clear where to go and the reception is in the bar area. Bags are left in a room where it isn’t locked or secure, we were also told our bags would be taken to the room when it was ready. When getting back at 2pm they were still in there and had to take them ourselves. The access to the hotel is very hard and most taxi drivers don’t take you to the top and will make you walk to the top. 100% recommend getting a bike to get around as it takes around 10 minutes to get to local food places We also put the sign up to change the towels which wasn’t done or the room wasn’t cleaned. They also left some water outside the door which got hot. Would of been nice for someone to put it in the room Defiantly needs improvements

Bluerama is a stunning hotel that offers breathtaking views and good vibes. The ambiance in the evening is enhanced by a talented DJ, creating a lively and amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking good vibes and enjoyable getaway. I will come back

I stayed there for a night and it was an amazing experience considering the location. Bed was clean, Amenities were there, and You can watch Netflix on the TV(I watched sandman all night), Access the common pool area with an infinite view of the sea. But, I feel the price is a little higher if you consider accessibility, you can only take a scooter there. Also, the shower could be better as they are charging as high as 1500 Baht per night. I would be happy to pay 800/1000 ish baht per night for the room but 1500 is a little overpriced. I did visit there hearing the price is 800 per night on a vlog, but they raised the price after getting popular with that vlog.
