The hotel is in a good location, with its own exit to the sea. The hotel grounds are very cozy, beautiful and clean, they constantly clean, wash and clean. There is a large pool with salt water. The hotel has a massage parlor (good massage), moped rental, excursion services, fishing. The restaurant serves delicious food. The rooms are in normal condition. There is a large parking lot for cars and bikes. Of the minuses, poor service. The rooms are poorly cleaned. The room was prepared disgustingly for check-in. The floors were dirty, there was no kettle. I had to go to the reception 3 times during the day so that they would finally give us one. The sheets on the bed were torn. True, they changed them after our comment. At the exit to the beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas and you have to pay 300 baht per umbrella. I wonder, if this is a hotel area, why do they require additional payment from their residents? There is a toilet near the pool, for which they also ask for a fee, 10 baht 😉 There are no robes or face towels in the room. In general, it is not clear at all why it has a 4-star rating? This is a maximum of 3 stars. In general, if we consider that this is a 3-star hotel, then I would recommend it for dedication.
