Tinkerbell Resort @ Koh Kood

Rlght on the beach, early morning and sunset is hlgh tlde. Best tlme for swim. At nlght Netflix account is included, it gets really quite at this part of the island.

Such a beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms with either a private plunge pool or right on the beach. Comfy beds, good showers, spotlessly clean. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful - special thanks to Li and Noht. The best thing is the location, right on one of the island's best beaches, soft white sand, gentle warm sea, and perfect sunsets. Easy to get about the island, plenty of restaurants and a couple of bars within 5 min walk. Truly amazing hotel, we just loved it.

I would like to thank the team at Tinkerbell Resort Hotel from the bottom of my heart. I spent two unforgettable weeks with my mother away from civilisation on the beautiful island of Koh Kood and all the two weeks we were surrounded by the care and warmth of the wonderful people working in this hotel! Lovely, friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help. I would like to say a special THANK YOU to the restaurant team, they are all not only very pleasant in communication, but professionals. Special thanks to Khun Thach Chheang she did a wonderful job along with her team - Laeng Rin, Sarorn So and Charlotte! Thank you very much dear girls, we love you and miss you a lot! You made us smile every morning when we entered the restaurant and every evening when you opened another bottle of Prosecco with great professionalism! We have warm memories of you! We would also like to mention the excellent work of the front desk, thank you Tihlaree! The ladies who gave us a wonderful, very professional massage every day - Nit and Anny, thank you! Thank you to the bartender - Tung for a wonderful job! Unfortunately we don't know the rest of the staff names, but we would like to say thank you to all of them - room cleaners, gardener, pool and beach staff and cleaners. They all work very hard to make your stay pleasant! The location of the hotel is also very pleased, the bungalow is right on the beach! What else can you want when you are on the island:)! Of course, it would be nice to renovate the hotel a little (light renovation of the rooms, because in some places the plaster is falling off). But believe me, these are all small things compared to the great attitude you are surrounded by when you stay at Tinkerbell Privacy Resort Koh Kood!

We love rustic, beautiful beach resorts where you can truly get away from it all - Tinker Bell fits the bill. The beach is truly beautiful - powder white sand, crystal clear water with no rocks, garbage, or other obstructions. The rooms are rustic - if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. However, between the food, service, and serenity - on balance we truly enjoy this getaway. Twice we have bought the package of activities and both times have enjoyed - no need to think about what to do, what and where to eat, and how to dress - this is a paradise. While not easy to get to (fly, van, ferry, truck - 4 hours total) it is always worth the effort.

The only reason I have’t given 5 star rate, is because we think it is a bit pricy for what we got - but in all fairness it may just be the pricerange on Koh Kood. We had Beachfront villa 3. BEAUTIFULL LOCATION, best beach ever! Good beginners/childrenfriendly snorkling, private spot on the beach outside the villa and exceptionel staff (5⭐️). The rooms are nice (a bit basic), very good beds (even the 2 extras they put in the room for us were the same standard as the doubblebed - that was nice!). Shower was good with good pressure. We had ants in the bathroom - but they came very quickly to spray, and then they were gone 😃 The staff arranged a fishing trip and a trip up the river to see fireflies for us - I think it was free. Great trips and great staff 👍🏻 Breakfast was pretty basic, not a very big selection of western food, and we’ve had better elsewhere, but it was allright. The restaurant serves good food and usually comes with free coconut icecream or fresh pineapple for dessert - the staff are very attentive and sweet. The only thing we vere disappointed with was the pool. We have 2 children who love pools and one is wary of the sea (wary at best, sometimes scared 😢). The pool was smaller than it looks in the photos and it didn’t seem as clean as we had hoped (and no chlorine smell in it). We only went in a few times for the children. We had a wonderfull stay here - will definitely recommend it, and would love to come again ☺️

I would give 10 stars if possible... This resort is amazing. Very small but with a good attention for details. I stayed in beach villa 1 and it was wonderful to have your own piece of private beach at your footsteps. I have to say that the staff was doing an amazing job - sometimes I had the feeling that there is more staff than actual tourists in the 16 villas they have. Very good wifi (the tv with netflix was a nice touch), the option to have in room massage was also nice and the food was amazing from breakfast to dinner. This is probably one of the best beached in Koh Kood and will definitely come back.
