Nice room and decent hotel. Breakfast looks better than it tastes. The warm daily dishes are disappointing and there is absence of good Thai food. The bread, deli meat, cheeses, bread and salad choices are fine. Eggs and waffles are made to order and they are fine. Restaurant is not air conditioned and has small fans which add very little ventilation. Had issues twice with air conditioning and tub. Maid kept room very clean and made towels into pretty shapes along with flowers on bed. Made mistake of coming in May and it was miserably hot and most chairs are not shielded from the sun. The beach although beautiful is very narrow and filled with large rocks and coral so not good for walking or swimming. Had to walk down beach to find a better beach area but it lacked shade. If you can get the room without the 300 baht each normal charge I would suggest it. We had one day nearby in a cheaper hotel because we arrived late. Problem we had in May is there very few breakfast choices near either hotel. Very few street food vendors and mainly overpriced western food. Took several days to find good Thai food. I would recommend Koh Kood if you are alone. Better beaches and cheaper foods

Great stay at Koh Chang. I like everything there especially the two swimming pools, they were not crowded and with 1.4m deep i could truly swim in the infinity pool. Staff were friendly for arranging everything for me. I would definitely go back, koh chang is not regarded as big upto phuket scale but good enough to get away hustling life. It would be even better if the beach is larger.

酒店外面的海灘比較出片，但是游泳要走100米左右，比較安靜人少，海浪不大，放心遊泳 酒店沒有備牙膏牙刷 早餐種類不多，但是比較精緻

Отель для спокойного отдыха взрослых людей. Для тех кто хочет отстраниться от лишней суеты. Хорошие завтраки. Чисто. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Море не радует: изобилие камней не дает нормально заходить в воду, но можно купаться в пешей доступности в правой стороне пляжа. Сразу за воротами отеля куча кафе и магазинов. Не все отели на Чанге могут похвастаться этим.

Хороший отель, хоть и не новый. Удобное расположение: рядом много кафе и магазинов. Территория хорошая, много зелени. Завтраки скромные, основной рацион - яйца в разных вариантах. В добавок овощи, фрукты, зелень, выпечка. Два бассейна: в большом ,похоже ,морская вода. Там не плавали, так как вода очень теплая, совсем не освежает. В маленьком вода лучше, чистая, можно освежиться) Пляж очень красивый, но совершенно не купабельный! Камни. Зайти можно только в коралловых тапках. Не купались в море у отеля. Есть каяки, пользование гостям отеля бесплатное. Персонал доброжелательный, как и местное население. Но отдельное спасибо девочкам на ресепшен. Очень гостеприимные, приветливые, всегда помогут!! И спасибо водителю отеля, он же помогает с багажом при заезде и выезде! Очень приятный и обходительный! Будем останавливаться в этом отеле еще! ❤️

I spent 8 days in this resort. It is like a small village with bungalows in a spacious garden. If you are looking for a quiet spot, this is your place The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety of everything. A place to relax

This hotel is extremely peaceful and yet so close to some great restaurants and other services such as tours, laundry and shopping. Coffee and shake stores are steps away from the gate. The site is mainly boardwalk with some ponds and a grassy area for sun loungers. The pools are lovely; the family side has a jacuzzi pool too. The adult only infinity pool is beautiful with views out to the islands. The breakfast is very personal and of high quality with homemade provisions. All staff are helpful but discreet. We rate the ambience if you’re a peace lover. The beds were wide and comfortable and the fan and air conditioning were efficient. The room is large with loungers on the decking if you need them. There is a QR code to scan to request things from reception which we didn’t use. However, we would have appreciated tea and coffee supplies in the room; house coffee packets are available in the reception but with no obvious means of how to use these we were perplexed. We enjoyed the sign about the Calabas tree and its fruit; the hotel could signpost guests to more trees and flowers on site. There are several welcome drink was lovely and we enjoyed its origin story. The provision of water in the room is plentiful; glass bottles were used. There was no hair conditioner. The hairdryers are fixed to the wall and dated. The cleaning staff were thorough and excellent; bed linen is changed every 4 days. There are several libraries for book exchanges on the site; the bar and decking for lunch is a pleasant area. The hotel doesn’t offer massage services; we presume this is because of the salons on the street. However, beach site, outdoor massages provide a different experience to indoor busy salons. This was disappointing. We didn’t eat dinner here; there is a rooftop sunset drinks area but the hotel is having to compete with a busy town with lots on offer. They offer special nights on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. These are not well marketed. We would stay again and are rebooking but we would advise combining this stay with another hotel on a better beach to get a true island experience. The beach is non existent and the edge of the property drops away unevenly into the water. At certain times you can walk to the guest houses north. Very few guests swam in the sea; the hotel warned of sea urchins. It would be helpful to have wooden steps for easier access.

Beautiful. A very warm welcome and super service throughout. Loved our recent 3 night stay here. Perfectly located in Koh Chang for bars, shops, taxis, cash points etc yet so quiet at the back (beautiful beach and pool) area. We only sampled dinner one evening & ventured out for food for the remainder of the nights. Breakfast is very good. Turn right at the front of the hotel for a 5 minute walk to some amazing bars and street style food (McMangos for awesome cocktails)..thoroughly good stay

We had a nice stay at Gajapuri. Resort looks amazing with its beautiful garden, water and all the wooden houses. Our air conditioner broke down so they upgraded us to a beach front house which we loved. The resort is not crowded and the two pools are nice. Breakfast was not the best, especially the yoghurt was of bad quality, very watery. Luckily they have an egg station and they make fresh waffles. Nice restaurants in the area, we liked Happy (500 meters from the hotel) restaurant very much.

Great location and amazing service. We love hotel grounds and very comfortable bungalows. Two very good size pools. Please, order more fresh coconuts, because we tried to order few times and you didn't have it. Hotel staff is really friendly and professional.
